T3 set bonuses are also generally crap unfortunately. 8/8 T2 is pretty much BiS for MT healing and lots of other use cases.

the addon is Enemy Cooldown Count (Classic) it just has it added by default but you can add them to omnibar too using the spell id, I would recommend the addon I said tho it's cool

Its best on sp/ ele as its actual bis for them. For tank druids as an example aq mace is much better.
