I wouldn't say it's exactly about the arc, but how Tommy's character got inconsistent, he got exiled, and few did go to actually help him, then he almost forced himself to partner with Techno, the latter which compromised to rescue the discs if Tommy helped him. Of course Tommy didn't want to help to blow L'mamberg from the start, but, after he was cornered, Techno went and stood up for him, and even saw Tubbo give to Dream the only thing that Tommy actually cared about at the moment, Tommy went and still went against Techno. I would like Tommy to indeed help L'mamberg, but the way everything went down, he just seemed careless about his own situation, for it would make sense if at least: 1- He tried to protect from the inside, while still with Techno, of course leading to destruction, but able to be minimized, since Dream wouldn't ally with Techno with TNT cannons and Withers; 2- Act independently, trying to minimize damage or protect most important recourses as the house and sabotaging Techno from his home; Or 3- Joining L'mamberg if they actually did something for him, such as Tubbo not giving the discs to Dream. Because when he tried to talk to Techno, he really didn't have grounds to make an argument. Still, it's all a RP, and is sure as hell entertaining, and there are surely people who disliked for other reasons, may they make sense or not, it's all their opinions :)
