THE END OF SECOND YEAR | memories at uoft☀️🍓🎞️

a few memories from the last month of uni...
I literally cannot believe we finished our second! year of uoft. Time is passing so so quickly.
At the end of my first year, I made a video like this documenting every day of the last week, which passed in a blur since I had covid (lol). Although messy and crazy, I cherished the ability to put little clips together and look back on it. This year's video was actually edited nicely and was appropriate to post to KZbin hehe.
Anyways, I'm alone at home and all my favourite people are far, far away. Until we meet again.

@@bela.at.trinity May I ask why? My son got accepted to do his second year at Trinity Residence. Not cheap and next year may look at alternatives. But good to have supports right there.

@@laurettecarolyne8599 I didn’t enjoy staying at Trin in my second year as much as first year. The food situation was a big thing for me (my friends and i agreed Trin food got quite a lot worse this year) so I can’t wait to be able to cook for myself. I feel like it’s time to move to a real apartment, I’m mature enough now and I want to feel more independent. Plus I’m living with my best friend, so it’s going to be (hopefully) a nice experience. I guess another reason is Trin is very expensive and I can be paying less to live in a more homey and nicer environment. Very few people stay in res in their third year, which is what I’m going into.

@@laurettecarolyne8599 I definitely wasn’t ready to do the whole apartment search and living on my own thing when I was going into second year - and I’ve always been very independent and mature for my age. It’s certainly a hard decision.
