Making GoW 4 and 5 was a huge slap in the face. Bringing back the locust made it feel like Marcus' losses and sacrifices were for nothing.

The only part of Gears 4 that held my interest was the prologue. I'd love to see a game of the random massive battles that occurred during the early and mid years of the locust war as well as stuff from the Pendulum wars.

They should give us a campain where we play as the Locus in an alternate senario where a special Locus squad wins the war & shows us what would have happened if the Locus and Queen won.

@Mcbuster218 When you think about the Locus had there own campain going on against the Lambit plage and then the COD basically a two front war was going on underground and above as the loar states the the invasion of the surface wasn't just about revenge from the queen the Locus had a legit treat they where running from so they probably had there own Royal guard squads that worked like Gears the queen had a squad of royal guards to help fight the gears in the end of the campain so what if they where the squad that killed the gears and ended the war for the Locus,maybe they came late just in time to save the queen.

I’m a PlayStation guy. Always have, always will. But I’m so glad my dad bought me a 360 when I was a kid cuz it led to me finding the gears series. Shooters have always been bland to me so they need some extra “oomph” to make me want to play them. The fist one I played was gears of war 2 and I was hooked immediately. The story was so good it actually made me hate the locusts and the timing was perfect cuz I started playing gears 2 right when 3 was releasing soon. Definitely one of the best gaming experiences ever and I might pick up an Xbox just for E-day cuz I never got to play gears 1!

In lore, female gears were considered sterile and couldn't have kids. After the war, it all depended on if they wanted to use Jinn's fertility program. Also, I think both Sam and Baird didn't want to be parents, unless Gears 6 comes along and we suddenly see one in whatever the COG has for an Engineering Corps

With E-Day coming out now and Gears 5 ending on an impossible-to-write choice for killing off a major character, Gears 4 and 5 are unresolved and no longer canon. This is it, this is the series true ending once more

Adam Fenix was strangely memorable to me despite how little he showed up. The fact he was honestly willing to try and save the Locust until it was too late. Even after all they had done. Apart from Dom, I genuinely think he was probably the purest hearted man in this universe. Time never lets us do what we need to do does it?
