I agree that episode was hilarious with all the banters, especially from Hadis and his siblings.

There's that one this season called, "365 days till marriage" or something like that. It's a very cute anime with wholesome romance between awkward adults.

I mean this is a romance series so Jill and Hadis have more blushing moments is a given. Honestly surprised she is still watching it, if that is such a sour point for enjoying the show

The other elements of the show are great and very enjoyable, personally, and those are what bring me back. Luckily for me, the romance has been pretty understated thus far

Yes, it was chill, kinda slice of life episode. The way Hades’s siblings were very friendly with Jill seemed unnatural or unrealistic to me. Their discussion in front of Jill seemed rather expository to me. And though cute, I’m still bothered a great deal with Jill and Hades’s closer relationship… her declaration of love and the hugging. I guess as long as they don’t do any more kissing, it would be okay… And did anyone else think it was like a double entendre when Jill said she would like to ride a black dragon with golden eyes, then mentioning Hades’s golden eyes? *shudder*

To be honest I get why people are worried about how the romance is going to be in a show where the two characters have such a large age gap technically Jill is 16 in a 10 year old body however thats a whole different discussion but clearly the show intends to be as wholesome as possible. My point is I think its kind of weird to ruin your enjoyment of the show at this point worrying about the romance when clearly Jill and Hadis are going to grow closer together. I think they have a wholesome and cute relationship and while the age gap is problematic its a fictional story of course in real life this would be a big no-no.

@ Yes, I agree they are trying to be wholesome about it… but at an instinctual level it gives me the heebie-jeevies… If it bothered me too much, I would stop watching it, but here I am, still watching it and enjoying most of the show, lol.

I completely get that its going to bother some people more than some but I guess my point is for people watching the show is not to try and project unreasonable expectations on the show because thats usually how people become disappointed in shows for something they never were from the start. Some people are going to want them not to address the romance at all or to minimize its relevance in the show because its the uncomfortable part of the show for some when that doesnt make sense and it's unreasonable for the show not to have Hadis and Jill come to like each other more over the course of the series. Clearly this show is 80% cute with 20% or less aspects that are sus each episode that double entendre did not fly over my head but it doesnt ruin the show or episode for me.

@@Sara-ce5wr The age gap would bother me if she would acting and have a mindset of an 10 years old girl. On the other hand nobody seems bothered that kids in anime are used as soldiers.
