Games like Blue Dragon and Lost Odyssey are not on discount on the 360 marketplace but they have a discount on the normal xbox store, if you buy these games through the 360 it will apply the discount even though it is not reflected on the 360 marketplace

I've seen people consider preserving the demos at least, but the one big problem aide from the sheer number to download is how much it will clog your redownload list and push back your content since the Redownload list is listed by most recent. So you'd probably would have to make a fresh account purely for that and leave your main for actual gaming.

As far as I'm aware, all Xbox 360 games and their DLC that are backwards compatible with the Xbox One and Xbox Series S/X you will still be able to buy them in the Xbox Store, it's the non backwards compatible stuff that is only purchasable in the Xbox 360 marketplace, so focus on getting those games that are gonna be gone soon. I recommend getting The Chronicles of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena, Cars 1, Singularity, Dynasty Warriors 6-7, GRID Autosport, The Legend of Spyro games, the Crash Bandicoot games from the sixth gen era, and all the DLC for Harmonix's games (Rock Band 1-3 and Dance Central 1-3).

go to trueachievements at the top hover over gaming for the drop bar and click xbox games. will show a full list of all xbox games, click more filter options and you can filter distribution type and click digital only. best way to look thru the games and theres other filters you can mess with. you can filter games with dlc too. Today is the day lads (7/29/24). We should all lower our flags to half mast. Truly the end of an era, after today, we say goodbye to a old reliable friend. 19 years of honorable service, 19 years of making friends and teammates on Halo, 19 years of Minecraft’s first ever console port, 19 years of defining the best era of Xbox consoles. The stores may be shutting down, but the servers still stand strong! May we never forget the first purchase we made on the Xbox 360 Storefront. The storefront will remain barren, a memorial to the friends and memories we made along the way, those memories and friends brought the Xbox community closer, and they shall not be forgotten.

Sad times. Wouldn't be shocked if Sony announced PS3 store was closing soon also.
