I’ve seen people do “beating the backlog”. How about a similar play on words like slaying my stockpile, slaughtering my stash, crushing my collection, or assassinating my archive, something along those lines for your bookshelf series?

omg didnt kat just read a little life and basically get her entire existence ruined skdskdji i know for a fact imaginary friend and i would be enemies bc of the slow paced long-ness of the book. i get you feeling like you can't make a legit video about how many books u feel is good to read in order to recommend thrillers. skjdsdj. i really love the reading genres you have though, because its a good way to make sure you read what you own. I haven't heard too many people talking about The Sacrifice Box. In fact, so far you're the only one here on Booktube I've seen talking about it. It was okay but not great in my opinion. I really enjoyed The Shadow of the Wind. Haven't read it in a long time but I loved it when I first read it. I've been interested in reading a Little Life but I've been putting it off because I've heard it's super heavy. It's definitely one I'm going to read in 2020 though because I've just heard nothing but amazing things about it! Currently planning on diving into Imaginary Friend and I'm glad to get your perspective on it :)

Maybe a good name for your bookshelf series is Monthly TBR tackling with Ellias. I'm really glad your picking up Harry Potter. It was hard to dislike J.K.Rowling but still love the series. It would be interesting to hear your thoughts in the opposite view. I freaking love that you are doing a thriller video every week, I've been picking up more thrillers, but I really only read what you and emmmabooks recommend so I'm excited to hear about that.

If you liked The Starless Sea maybe look at Pan's labyrinth: The Labyrinth of the Faun. The reason why I say this is because like The Starless Sea the book itself surrounds stories. They're not that similar but that book did remind me of the starless sea when I read it so yeah. Great video too

Zafón's writing is brilliant and heartwrenching! I read The Shadow of the Wind during my teenage years, and it was the sole book that changed me as a reader. I hope you get to experience something similar.

Did you read Believe me by J.P. Delaney? If yes, what are your thoughts about it? If not, read it, it's hella worth it. It's the best book I've read in my life (and I've read some). It's just so twisted and...idk. It's really enjoyable. Btw, I really enjoy your videos and I hope that in 2020 we'll get to see more

Don't know about thriller video of the week. Lol. You might not be consistent in uploading. I'd rather just wait a full month for a monthly thriller video. Also, if you'll make it a per week schedule, the video might be shorter/there will be books where you can't say anything [books to go in blind]

so for this one, it's not a definite 'week by week' treatment but rather whenever i read a thriller and like it, ill do a video where i call it, 'thriller of the week' haha. this will help me remember and review the book + recommend it + post content my channel, so that's what im hoping for but we'll see!
