Fun fact: Did you know Piccolo and Goku have only been shown to fight twice in the entire main series? Once for the Tenkaichi, and another during their training for the Androids. So his intro line vs Goku in XV2 actually doesn't make too much sense. Oh, and I guess he also did that single blast vs Goku during the pre-ToP training session, if you want to count that as well.
