I don't think the move is that controversial. Increased your wage 350% and moved from National League to the Championship. In my opinion it'd be more controversial to not take the move based on the rules of the save.

Continuing the Leamington save on Twitch sounds like an excellent idea. You've got yourself a great platform, and it'd be nice to see if you can pull off getting them not only to the Premier League but maybe even getting them to Europe as well.

At the very least, I would want to see if Leamington actually did go up into the Football League on Twitch. And if they did, then seeing how they did as a FT club after clearing the bottleneck would be intriguing.

As for Peterborough, I think Spurs is also on the list of clubs you double-dipped in NLTL. And I do think listing a club as your favorite makes you at least more likely to get the job if interviewed. But still, absolutely realistic you landed it. And no way would I not include my favorite club IRL. Though I often include the club I've thoroughly enjoyed in the past among them.

And I'm interested in how they get on this season as well and how they adapt to full-time status, stadium move, etc. A full RTG isn't as interesting for me, but I won't be over on Twitch anyway

Leamington on twitch sounds really great with how fun it was to see you bring them up so far. And if NLTL is about "realistic" choices you'd be mad to turn down the club you're a fan of when they come knocking. So in the spirit of NLTL I fully understand and support the move to Peterborough. (and what a jump. From National League up to Championship. That alone would make this a non-brainer)

By the rules of the save, that's a perfectly acceptable move to be making. I'll be honest and say that I hope it doesn't go as well as it did last time, but that's more because I enjoy seeing you do the project work at new clubs- the more clubs the better! Definately a good in game move, and if I had the time i would definitely be interested in seeing the end of the Leamington story (maybe you could do a recap vid for KZbin, for those who can't watch a whole separate series?)

Ive had experiences where they say I didnt get the job because (something along the lines of) they didnt think I could avoid becoming emotionally invested in results, but Ive also had it where I got the job BECAUSE I was a fan. bit gutted to see you leave Leamington on the cusp of glory but you took them further than the board could ever dream of, so no hard feelings. Impossible to turn down an offer to skip 3 divisions, make 3x the wage, within the region you already are, and be at the club you support all your life. Be absolutely insane to say no, especially since theyve been in the CH'ship for 5 straight seasons and you have the chance to do what no other manager has done for them before! fantasy story line stuff here Kev! love it

Absolutely perfect move Kev, I felt like you were enjoying this club so much that it would have felt unrealistic if you'd left for too much less (more in terms of it being Posh and in the Champo than the money). This has been a great series and I feel like moving on won't change that. I'll def be watching the vods of Leamington on Twitch and would prefer to continue this journey than start again with Peterborough Sports. Btw as a long time YT viewer I have not always been able to keep up on Twitch but now you have a regular schedule over there I have watched most of the Posh save and all of the network game though I'm not sure if it benefits you that much when people watch the vods.

So, it may help next year to at the beginning have a few rules that you can look to which help in this kind of situation. Like 'I role play realistically what in-game Kev would do except if it's a club I managed last year' or 'I don't go to any clubs that I hate real life' or something like that. That way you set the ground rules right up front and then don't feel bad about turning an opportunity down.

Do it Kev - try and get Leamington as far as you can - I tried it with Gloucester in FM22 - all went great until League 1 and then the players just were not good enough and the club had no money and no ground !

The agreed transfer fee you talked about a few episodes back is still massively broken. I'm having so many issues with my Kettering save that's ruining it because players just become upset even when the agreed amount hasn't been close.

I have had a very similar NLTL save to you kev, I started at bradford (pa) as it’s the closest to my house in the lower leagues and my second team which I’m at now is the club I support irl huddersfield and when I joined we were in almost identical league positions, really enjoying fm this year
