"Avenge us" is one of my favourite lines of dialogue in all of Star Wars. It's so simple and delivered so well. Tragic that she's acknowledging she's about to die and can do nothing about it, whilst thinking of all the pain she and the other inquisitors have gone through. But it also shows that Trilla has made a turn back from the dark, right before she dies. Helpless but brave, tragic but hopeful and vengeful but heartfelt all at the same time with 2 words.

As soon as Trilla hears Vader's breathing she knows she's dead. That's why she doesn't try to run away or do anything to save herself. She knows there's nothing she can do.

You are right. "Avenge us" is a strong, but simple line. It remembers me of a line at the "Twin Suns" Episode at Star Wars: Rebels (S3 E20): "He will avange us."

@@hristovapostol There is nothing in that scene that indicates this. Trilla is frozen in place because she's terrified - she hears Vader's breathing, she knows he's there, she knows she failed him, and she knows he's going to kill her and there's nothing she can do about it. Every time we've seen someone force-choke someone with the force they have used their hand to do it. But in this scene Vader isn't using his hands at all. His arms are by his side. Trillia isn't being held by the force here. She's just terrified.

You're going to love Jedi: Survivor, Kim! It's longer, the combat systems and worlds are more developed (fast travel available!): I liked the plot, the drama, Cal's struggles, new enemy types, the music is incredible, you won't be disappointed! It's set in 9 BBY, same as the Kenobi series.

I really wish the game had added a health bar for Vader here, just to trick the player into thinking "Oh wait, I actually get to fight Vader here?" But they should have made his health bar be as wide as the entire screen.

I still think the best reaction to Vader in this that I’ve ever seen is from Eric, from Blind Wave. “You would be wise to surrender.” “Yes! You’re right! Where is the ‘surrender’ button?! Aaahhhh! _Where is the ‘surrender’ button?!”_ 😆

The Fortress Inquisitorius is on the ocean moon of Nûr, which orbits the same gas giant as Mustafar. I love the progression of Cal's story where he reconnects with the Force, relearns his abilities, and is able to defeat his nemesis, only for Darth Vader to put him in his place.

I actually felt sorry for trilla by the end. Like she was starting to let light back into her heart and then she goes down. 😢

As soon as she began to let go (speaking in past tense "I've _held_ so much hate" implying she at that moment no longer has it), Vader force held her in place.

@@callmeshaggy5166 Vader isn't force-holding Trilla in place here. She's literally terrified and knows there is nothing she can do - Vader is going to kill her for her failure, so there's no point in running.

@@gremmlingee Every time we have seen Vader (or someone else) hold someone with the Force they have held their hand up and used it to force choke/hold the person. Vader's hand is not doing this at all during this scene. Both hands are at his side as he first appears and then jumps down to Trilla's level. And there is no "sound" of Trilla being force held here. You can hear her gulp and shudder because she knows Vader is there. Trilla is not moving at all because she knows there is no point in her trying to run away. Vader is there and she is dead no matter what she does. Vader is not holding Trilla with the force here. She's just terrified, knowing that she's going to die because she failed Vader and there's nothing she can do about it.

@@jhornacek That is not true lol. Admiral Ozzell got choked without Vader raising his hand for example. And yes you can hear the force taking hold of Trilla. You just want to make Vader in this scene more badass then he already is by saying she did not move because of fear. I mean there are instances when people could not move out of fear because of Vader, but this is not one of them. Edit. 33:58 you hear the force taking hold + thats when Trilla starts to move in place lile someone that is restrained

This was epic!!! You should totally play jedi survivor, it’s about 20-22 hours and takes everything good about this game and makes it Even better Survivor does have a side quest system so it’s probably a bit longer, although there Are no real misc Quests, (like om Eos in andromeda) so they Are definetely worth playing Anyways awesome episode, as always😄

Fallen Order recap in Survivor is done sooo good, I think it will start automatically when you launch the game for the first time.

YES PLEASE play Star Wars Jedi: Survivor Kim! Merrin is a companion the whole game! There are 5 light saber stances! It is a longer game & is really fun! I will definitely watch!

That is the same fortress Obi Wan infiltrated in his show. If you didn't know, it is located in the Mustafar system, allowing Vader easy access to the inquisitors, who he commands.

Actually, IMHO, respawn games do for a Star Wars stories much more and much better than some recent projects. Kim, thank you for such sincere and so great reaction. You reactions is such a friendly and emotionally alive and fun experience. Definetelly, You should play Survivor - both storywise and gamewise. And Vader... Lord, it such a thriller to see him as an unstoppable force. Terror & Hatred. I like Maul, especially in clone wars, but Vader here... he's not just a pop culture refference here, he's the fist of the Empire. Take care, enjoy the next game : )

What an amazing finale Kim 👏 🎉. The final face off with Trilla was great. I'm glad Cere had the chance to have closure with her former Padawan. The expression on your face when you first heard the breathing from Vader was priceless. I think Cal made the right choice with the holocron and I guess you'll have to play Jedi Survivor now to find out where Cal's journeys have led. Yes, the next game is longer, but it is so amazing in so many ways.

You will find the same feel with Jedi Survivor, just with more abilities. It's more like an open world in certain ways, with optional side stories, therefore less linear. Many characters to meet and interact with. I can't wait to watch you play it. No doubt you'll love it.

This is an epic game, but Jedi Survivor is legendary, it's literally next level, I am convinced you'll love it! The game director is Stig Asmussen, who also worked on the God of War games and directed God of War 3. The music is awesome indeed, and especially the part you hear when running from Vader is a remake of John Williams' soundtrack called Anakin's Dark Deeds, the same theme you can hear in Revenge of the Sith movie when Obi-Wan tells Padme that Anakin has turned to the dark side and asks her if the baby is Anakin's. The composers are Stephen Barton and Gordy Haab, and they did a great job in writing the music in the style of John Williams for the best immersion into the Star Wars universe. Their score from Jedi Fallen Order won 4 awards, and their music from Jedi Survivor won them 2 awards, out of which one was a Grammy.

I do like that when Trillia shows up for the final fight there is no absolutely no dialogue between her and Cal - unlike their previous 3 fights. Everything has already been said so they just go straight into fighting.

I love the way they did Trilla‘s ending. „avenge us“ is such a good detail. She may have a moment of doubt and she may approach her light side and tte good in her a bit. But she ain‘t there yet at all. Ofc not. So she says avenge like a sith. With is such a tiny but smart detail of dialoge

4:22 this is the place in the kenobi show. The artists of this game definately had a better interpretation of how it should look. Actually pretty sure they r the original designers of this world/the fortress.

I am impressed that you were able to avoid spoilers about Vader being at the end of this game. Even if you didn't go looking for them, there are plenty of videos with titles like "Top Reactions to Vader at end of Jedi Fallen Order" that randomly appear in your feed.

Great finale! I forgot just how short Fortress Inquisitorius level is, but that's probably because in my playthrough I died like 10 times in that dojo fight and probably 20+ times vs Trilla :P. So it took me significantly longer. Looking forward to Survivor. It is much longer and bigger game than Fallen Order, but it also has a lot more open world approach with more sidequests. How long it will take you will very much depend on how much side content you'll engage with.

If you listen for the sound queues, you can hear Darth Vader grab her with the force and imprison Trilla right as you hear the breathing. She was afraid yes, but that was mostly because she *couldn't* move. Her trembles was her attempt to break out of the hold, and they stopped when she realized she couldn't.

Disagree. Trilla is not force-grabbed here. She is literally terrified and knows that she is dead. There is no running or escaping from Vader here. That's why she doesn't move. She knows there is nothing she can do. And Vader knows this. He wouldn't force-grab her to prevent her from running - he would only do that if she tried to run.

Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love this game and I loved to watch your playthorugh, but since the very first episode I just couldn't wait for you to finish it, so you can start Jedi Survivor. If you liked this one, I bet you are gonna have a thrill playing the sequel. It's longer, it has more side quests, more characters and most importantly - an epic plot that I'm sure is gonna blow your mind, so I can't wait to see your playthrough on that!

Hadn't clicked play on a video this fast in a long, long time. 😄A Truly epic ending! Vader's presence alone is terrifying. I only wish Trilla had a little more time for redemption, but then it wouldn't have been such a tragic ending. Looking forward to Survivor!

So fun fact: when I got to the last fight with Trilla my block button broke on my Xbox controller. I had to do the whole fight without blocking, so that was an experience lol.

36:58 Naaaah. They did Vader dirty in Obi-Wan Kenobi. They destroyed how menacing he was in Episode 6 of was Obi wan kenobi. In Fallen Order, they really did justice to how powerful he truly is, just by looking at this: 35:18.

Well I assume you'll play the sequel next, but after that you're probably ready for Dark Souls!!! You'll be familiar with the whole "learn enemy attacks and dodge at the right time" thing. You'll still have to figure out a ton of other things but that's the fun of it 😅

A reminder, Force abilities like throw, push, pull and Freeze do not work on other Force using opponents, it will definitely be helpful in the next game. Also Heavy and unique attacks use up the Force meter and will leave you unable to keep doing them, also helpful for the next game

I don't know about the next game, but in this one, Force abilities definitely *do* work on other Force users. You can't pull them like you can to Stormtroopers but you can push Malicos to stun him temporarily, you can slow Trilla and the 9th Sister, etc.
