Hi Alex, if you want to dive deeper into qigong, I recommend you look into Nei Gong. There are some people out there who are starting to teach some practices more publicly that have long been very difficult to find.

So Doctor… this is, I think, the 2nd or 3rd video I have watched of your channel that randomly showed up in my feed. Love your content + how you teach. I had to ‘turn off’ a previous video of yours (mid-watch), because I could not mentally deal with the ‘speed’ (quick edits/editing,audio). 😳 I actually started watching this video… not recognizing it was ‘you’ again, but this time I was able to get thru the whole video. After watching, I felt, “yep… he’s being true to his ‘animated/ascended’ character.” Since I really feel you’ve got ‘something here’ (as in good info for your audience) I am going to encourage you to think more about ‘how’ you are putting your info together. Your example of what ‘coffee/caffeine’ does to you, was a good one. So… do you really need to use ‘sound effects’, while ‘catchy’ can take impact away from your content? Maybe slow things down a bit. Less edits or do them in a different way. 🤔 Hope to continue watching the evolution ‘of you/your content’… but you know. Your book 📕 seems very interesting! Will I buy it? Best of luck. I’m routing for you! 😌✨♥️✨👍🏽✨🇨🇦

I enjoyed this video, is there a resource that teaches how to remedy all of the varying things we might notice in our body, regarding ascendingh/descending, inwards, or outwaards type experience, that interests me.

Did you find qigong Master Chunyi Lin? 😊 I was told qi and blood/circulation are related. Blood is the healing agent.

Hi dr, so how do you treat inflammation???? I'm going through menopause and i have a lot of inflammation in my body, can't sleep, hot flashes, poor digestion, sadness, and blockages. So where do we begin??? I've done a lot of acupuncture but didn't help. Thank you sadly you're not in Sydney Australia

A breathing practice and belief (think self administered placebo) belong in whatever other pillars of self care you employ. They are both routinely underestimated and woo-ey as it sounds, if you don't FIRST believe you can tackle your inflammation, you're right. All the best is finding your "medicines" 🙏

Look into alkaline diet. Vinegar after food. Morning empty stomach honey water. Walking barefoot on the ground.

This is great advice! Healing and sickness do not only affect the body, make sure your mind and emotions are in the right condition too so the physical remedy will take effect. @@plaiche

Try listening to some healing frequencies along with reiki, a lot out there for free. This is just an alternative healing but definitely helped a lot of people. Frequency healing is love. Also reduce the usage of cell phones. Get well soon.💚✨
