He does have interesting and valuable content; I agree that there's a lot of clickbait out there but this is not it. He very clearly gives the remedies. The first one is at 8:32 , the second at the 9:44 minute mark and the third recommendation is at 10:19. I'm not putting the names of the herbs because that would be a cheat sheet and you need to watch what he says about each supplement to see if it suits you.

You're right, it doesn't do the doctor or the content justice not to listen to his explanation, the reasoning behind TCM and the symptoms one might have so they can make a guess as to which herb combination and lifestyle changes to try. I came to this Dr bc I'm tired of being told I have "Idiopathic" problems and just being given chemicals with side effects without knowing the Cause of the symptoms. Came for the thyroid, stayed for a friend who has this problem, so I will share this video with her. Thanks again!

Thank you for explaining the root causes of constipation. You just shed light to the qi stagnation within my body. I have been suffering from menstrual irregularities and from every other day constipation. This completely has made sense now! I’m learning herbalism and have recently been delving in TCM herbs and bringing balance back to the body. I will definitely be watching more videos and learning more about TCM! ☯️💕

One time I went a whole month .___. don't know how I didn't end up in the hospital. My issue has gotten a lot better since incorporating tcm the last 3 years.

I can’t agree with you more, GI doctors have done nothing for me I have seen many, and when dealing with a common bowel or ibs problems they offer no remedies or solutions. Highly unuseful. Thank you for the information

Constipated since infancy; I found your second cause, the pattern that most closely correlates with mine, not accurate in my case at all. I am historically quite intentional with my eating, eat quite nutritionally (have a BS in food science and public health nutrition), can eat lots of fruits, veggies, fiber, etc with no resulting improved motility, lots of water has never seemed to help - I just urinate ridiculously frequently. I might see if I can find the si ni san(?), but I for one did not appreciate the generalization/characterization, it prevents my having a high degree in confidence in what you say.

Yeah I too am tired of clickbait. While this gives you good information that leans toward Chinese medicine......it does not list the 2 nutrients as said in the title. Sooooooo many you tubers do this!!

Okay, I get it..the main problem people have is their diet, most have zero clue what chemicals and additives are in their foods, that is quite a journey, so I stopped eating basic things most consume everyday, all breads, no oats, grains, no such thing as gluten illness, it's the Calcium Propionate, look it up..now NCGS. All foods are now toxic, period. Unless you get them from local farmers, assume they are toxic..try blending 2 organic apples, green, pealed and cut up in blender, one medium onion pealed cut up,add half of white skin of orange or lemon of the fruit, add, add about 3/4 cup of good water, blend till apple sauce looking, keep in ice box to a week ..take two tablespoons a day, reapeat..and if you can find fresh Kerby cucumbers, slice salt and eat as well..you will go .
