Hey bro, I am joining Accenture Software Engineering role soon, I have a finance background, I only have some experience using JS since I did a course on it, do you have any advice for me or any tips?? It will be helpful

That's fine, many who joined in my start group didn't have a strong coding background. I'd say if you want to be ahead of the game definitely work on your own projects. Stick with JS and learn how you'd develop things in that language. It is a very useful language for both front and back end.

Hey there, I am doing my a-levels currently, and I might get 1 A* (minimum AAA). Do a-levels matter much in the aerospace industry? Would an A*AA make a huge difference compared to getting just AAA?

I would naturally say getting more A* is better, from memory Loughborough uni's entry was A* AA however I'd say that uni is comparable to other Russell Group unis who's entries are AAA. However if you were to get A*A*A then you'd have the option to get into Imperial College London which is a far superior uni than most unis.
