Thank you for this video! I’m autistic and I struggle with mild prosopagnosia, as well as intermittent verbal processing issues (I hear what people say phonetically sometimes). I’m excited to have this video to share with others so maybe they might understand me better. I wonder if there is also a word to explain this?: Visual perception delay: I can see objects and movement just fine, but it feels similar to how I experience prosopagnosia and auditory breakdown, in which I struggle to connect the meaning of the objects and movements, and understand what is happening around me. This can even look like me needing someone else to pull me out of the way of oncoming traffic, as if my brain is only saying, “that’s a car.” Instead of, “that’s a car that’s headed towards me and I need to move out of the way.”

He’s still a baby so the positive thing is his brain is still highly plastic (neuro plasticity) and with professional help and training the brain and avoiding any bad influences he still has a lot of chances - you should research a lot about positive reinforcement and other ways to train your child’s brain in a positive way
