Just so everyone knows the heat per location varies like crazy. The heats consistent within each location but way different to one from a different location so take what he says with a grain of salt if your gonna choose your heat level based off what he says

Medium is right we're I like to be. I think the hot just goes heavier on the cayenne. Medium you get some heat but you can taste a subtle sweet taste from the paprika.

The franchise started in CA but they’ve been expanding and opening locations in numerous other states since 2022. Their website should tell you if you either have a nearby location or if they’re opening one near you soon!
