the 2022 version would be: Arya arrived in the West not long after, became a huge Tik ToK Skincare influencer famous for her refreshing face masks - unfortunately one of the main ingredients was Clorox and after thousands of followers were left facially disfigured, she was sued and lost everything, went mad and eventually ended as a bag lady only to die alone on the streets in the city of Lost Angels. Jon Snow and The Wildlings became Oxy addicts , looking just like the walking dead - only really really out of it. The Last Dragon contracted COVID and tragically, during a particularly violent coughing fit - set everything around him alight - including himself and an entire community. The very community that had opened their hearts to him, who had accepted him for who and what he was, all those many years ago, when he first arrived on their doorsteps with nothing but a decomposing corpse and a tale of woe.

You understand better if you’ve read the books! While complicated this made perfect sense to me lol. Also the Wiki of Ice and Fire website has tons of info which helped me piece the backstory of Westeros. It has so much info on all the houses, geography, traditions, and much more. Not sure where all the info is from because I don’t remember the books being that detailed but everything on that website was covered in this video.

The Long Night (episode) was incredibly entertaining and I 100% appreciate the production value and everything that went into creating the episode. Top notch cinematography. What I ultimately disliked about the episode was the general story and character development. I thought a lot of it flat out didn't make any sense. The Dothraki were going to ride into battle without the flaming swords had Melisandre not shown up....and Jon/Dany were just going to sit there and watch them get slaughtered instead of planning on using the dragons for offense (instead of defense to wait for the NK to advance on the Three Eye Raven)? Maybe I was building myself up for disappointment due to my time investment and fan theory speculation. I feel let down that there was no greater/large plotline to the NK and the White Walkers. That Bran/3ER and the NK do not share a deeper connection outside of the NK trying to rid the humans from existence. I'm not saying that Bran/3ER needed to = the NK (as some theories suggest), but some sort of distant relationship or connection would have had felt like a way bigger payout. I feel like there were a lot of missed opportunities with linking in the Weirwoods, especially after all the stress on their imagery. Additionally the threat of the WW's wiping out humanity seems thin, especially when there is an entire other continent full of humans. Feels bad man. Don't get me wrong, I loved that Arya was the one to take down the NK. That was a great surprise. My only complaint with that is if dragon fire didn't harm the NK, there's no reason to believe that Valaryian steel would. If the stories are true, what makes Valyrian special is that it was imbued with magic and forged with dragonfire. If they went the distance to to make sure that Arya stabbed the NK in the exact location that the Children stabbed him, why not go 100% and have Arya use her dragonglass weapon instead?
