Jack Brabham is Aussie F1 Royalty. 3 World Championships and the only one to win the Formula 1 world championship driving in his own car that he designed and manufactured. That was cool mate. Hope you're well

I highly highly recommend the documentary "Senna" (it changed how I looked at formula 1 forever) - also the Netflix series called "Drive to Survive" is ridiculously well made and very entertaining. Something to easily binge watch.

Simcoe! Welcome, I've think I've seen Senna (I'm getting old 😂) and a few friends have suggested drive to survive, maybe something to start binging! Thank you for the comment and glad you enjoyed

@@ExploringTheSmoke I know I’m late to this video but Braun was on a completely different level in 2009 it was the only year Braun actually raced in F1 when they weren’t meant to exist at all but after the recession Honda (what Braun used to be) backed out and team principal Ross Braun bought the team for 2009 after 2009 Braun became Mercedes

Fun to see your reaction. I can tell you knew a lot of it already yet got surprised by some (like Senna being kind of a perv and Max winning 15 races last year). Personally I don't have an all time favorite. The different eras can't really be compared. I mean, Ascari, the Hills, Senna, Vettel... they all drove machinery that is significantly different from eachother. Requiring a different style, mind set, prep, etc. As for the current era. As a Dutchman, I must say Max is my man atm but I have been a Red Bull fan since they entered the sport and can enjoy drivers like Hamilton, Alonso or Vettel equally.

Mavadelo! Firstly, this comment is brilliant, it's shows that you truly watched and I really REALLY appreciate that! I have to say Max is definitely ruffling a lot of feathers, your knowledge and mention of drivers show you are a TRUE fan, I appreciate you taking the time to watch and comment 💪🏻

@@ExploringTheSmoke Went to my first race in 75 (Zandvoort obviously) Saw Nikki (Lauda) win his last race on Zandvoort in 85. Heven't been to a race since (the prices man, my gawd) but have always followed on the tele. And now with those streaming services of course with all the extra screens. I can absolutely recommend watching at least a few races with F1TV pro and follow the onboards. Both enlightening and at times comedy gold. I will for sure be checking out more of your vids :)

@@mavadelo wow you've seen some absolute legends of the sport! My friend (who I mentioned in this video) was telling me about the F1TV app with all the split screens and pit information etc, it's making a sport more accessible for fans and I think it's a brilliant idea to keep the company in the modern era of motor racing. Have a great day today my friend
