The nuke in BO6 is probably the MOST accurate representation of a nuke in call of duty for one reason and one reason only, the fact that they scream in agony before the nuke actually reaches you, the shockwave (the thing that does the “main” damage to things in its way) travels at the speed of sound, so the heat from the blast will hit you first causing third degree burns (likely more), explaining the burning in the animation, then of course, the shockwave hits causing extreme destruction, which explains the last part of the animation.

Correction on the Cold War nuke. It didn’t end the game but it did kill everyone including your team, and would leave a giant mushroom cloud outside the map.

I'll never forget the only nuke I ever got. The year was 2010... I'm an average player, but back in the MW2 days I was running the dual weild shotguns one day, just messing around. We were losing, and I was controlling the middle of the map with those Shotty's. Used my harrier jets, and without thinking about it, got the chopper gunner. That's when my heart started racing... Absolutely ANNIHILATED the enemy team with it. Probably 20+ kills with just that chopper. Once that "25 kill streak Tactical Nuke" popped up, my stomach dropped. I remember being on the mic just freaking out and just wanting that chopper streak to end. Dropped that shit and have been riding that high ever since. I peaked that day

dropped a nuke in ghosts from doing an infected wall breach glitch and the same thing in AW, in AW one wall breach spot on AW all u had to do was lay down and crawl thru the wall and drop a nuke like that, not only that but on WWII i always would go into shipment 24/7 spawn trap and drop 3 or 4 nukes a game

Strikes etc. Predator,Michael Myers,Ghostship,Ghost pirates...I knew if you were capable of that, you shouldn't stop at one: after that came the other games: Advanced Warfare Multiplayer( DNA bomb), Infinite Warfare Multiplayer ( DE Atomizer Strike - Infected), Vanguard Multiplayer (V2 Rocket - Infected), MW II 2022 Hardcore ( MGB), MWIII 2023 ( DNA Bomb) Warzone Urkzistan Season 1 and later Warzone Rebirth Island. My two favorite special is from 2013's Ghosts game : Predator & Alien seekers 💯
