Just remember that at 10.3 there is the 2s38 with a faster shooting 57 mm that has nearly the same pen as the hstvl with more ammo more proxy shells and gen 3 thermals while the bradley exists at 10.0 and the hstvl is a whole br higher..... but usa needs constant nerfs and no spall liners

Yeah, I have no idea why they make it stow away after a certain period. One of the most outrageous things to me is the damage on the tow 2b. I'm sure you've seen the footage in real life, but that thing obliterates Soviet tanks like no other.

Personally, I love the Bradley’s. Especially the m3a3. But you do have to play it in a very specific way. You need to play it as a support. Or use it to play hull down. Leading with the tow 2a’s are good when you can, don’t go full speed all the time to have the missiles at the ready, and use the commanders sight to see above other tanks and hills. I do wish it had more spall liner though. And the tow2b’s could be a lot better. Oh yea, and bring only like, 4 tow2b’s. Those are only good against lightly armored tanks. And flanking is good if you don’t want to go as a group. 1k m distance is good to stay out of sight and the thermals pick up on everything lol. And from there, the drone is good to see behind hills and hurl tow2b’s over to them. Anyways, yea! It’s definitely not a brawler lol

For the sheridan, I recommend you use the rocket instead of the HEAT or HE. It takes a bit longer to reload, but you get better pen and better kill chance.

@@paaaaaaat I have used that before, but it used to be a little easier to use. A few updates ago you used to be able to follow the roads all the way around the mountain easily, but now you have to be very very high up on the mountain in order to not be killed by the border of the map. It's extremely time-consuming to do in most vehicles, and generally it's much less effective than I wish it was. That really is the only way to get to C when you spawn on that side of the map, which I find quite frustrating. And don't get me wrong, the sniping spot you can get to if you play it correctly is pretty decent, but it isn't nearly as good as the one I show later in the video where I spawn on the other side of the map. Most of the enemy team is able to see you which means you can only use it for one or two kills at most before you have to move to a different location, but there really isn't a different location you can move to

The M2A4 and the M3 Stuart have the same shells and cannon however the M3 is uparmored a little bit in the front and the M3A1 has a better 37mm gun and better APCBC shell no extra .30 cal guns and less armor on the front hull but better all round turret protection.

Yeah, there are a lot of problems with the Bradley and other armor like it in the context of the "tank slug match" that Warthunder has designed. The key is the lack of any infantry and it being a TDM-style game. The Bradley and a lot of armor was never designed to slug it out against other tanks. So them dying to MBTs is not surprising. It's akin to complaining the orchestra is sounding weird when the entire brass section is missing. That, and as we are learning, much of the Russian tank designs were more educated wishes than actual implemented features of the tank. This isn't only true of Russian tanks, but there's what you know and what's provable, and with Russian tanks, it's provable.

I disagree. Historically, the bradleys actually got more kills during desert storm than the Abrams. Yes, the Bradley was never meant to brawl with tanks, but it has always been designed to destroy them. Frankly they are far too weak in this game, and many of their irl capabilities just don't exist in warthunder

The problem I was trying to explain isn't that The Bradley cant shoot at tanks with favorable results, but that a Bradley cant take a shot from a MBT. So in a world where you don't know what you are going to face, but you know there will be MBTs, you don't know really where or what they are or even how many of them, why would you ever take a Bradley in that situation? Theres not even infantry to support, which is the main point of the IFV. This is not the situation in desert storm. or in any war, really.

Hard to say. Can't really go wrong with USA or Germany, wouldn't recommend Russia or any of the smaller countries. Germany has really good guns and decent armor, but poor mobility and response times. USA has a good mix of all, but can struggle with penetration. Russia has some very enjoyable vehicles from 1.0-5.7, but there are many vehicles that are frankly terrible to use at 6.7. The other countries are good if you have more experience, and Sweden especially has some really cool vehicles, but they aren't really beginner friendly. All of this also depends on your play style. If you have a good amount of experience with FPS games, USA's faster vehicles like the m24 and m18 are incredibly fun. If you have poor reaction times and struggle with aggressive play styles, You might find heavy hitting, long range tanks with more passive play styles much more enjoyable. Also, keep in mind that this game is hard. I would argue it is one of the hardest multiplayer games to get into because of its complexity and lack of skill based matchmaking. At any time, someone with 30 minutes in the game can face someone with 3000 hours. It takes a lot of patience and time to learn, but there is a reason I play this game so much, and why I made this channel in the first place. I think it might be the most satisfying game to succeed in. Sorry for the rant, TLDR- Pick USA if you have experience with shooters, or Germany if you might enjoy a more passive, careful play style. (Also pick the same county as each other for much faster waiting times)

honestly the 8.3 bradley part was just skill issue, you didnt flank much, you didnt use the ESS which having Thermals and ESS at a br where things dont get thermals is absolutely op, and when you see an mbt/armored tank you use the autocannon which just alerts them and does no damage.

Any other ifv works well in many different scenarios but the Bradley is limited to a very specific playstyle. I would say its weaknesses far out weigh its advantages.

When I used to play the heat, there were a surprising number of times when I would shoot a tiger 2 in the ammo and it would turn it Orange. I have not had that happen a single time with the apds, assuming the apds penetrates. Also, apds can go through obstacles which is huge.
