In this homily from the 25th Sunday in Ordinary Time, Fr. David Wilton, CPM, preaches about how complaining ruins our lives. Turning to God, Whose ways are so far above our ways, is the only medicine to heal us in the midst of a tumultuous world. May God bless you all for your viewership.

Thank you Fr. Wilton. This is an awesome homily and comes to me by the grace of God at the most perfect time in my life as I have been such a complainer since losing my son in January 2021. Now I thank God for the 58 years, 3 months and 20 days that I was blessed to have him.

This is in the top five of any sermon I've ever heard. It started as a homily but ended up in sermon territory. Well done.

A lot of truth to this. Complaining about the how the government is failing us. Complaining about our younger looking than us neighbor who allegeldy isn't working to help support us too while allegedly being able bodied in comparison to us to maybe work in a trade or in the kitchen. Complaining about some of the improvements being made in our neighborhood by the for real more able bodied young tradesmen only because we don't like adjusting to change. Complaining about someone not wearing a mask. Complaining about anyone still wearing a mask. Etc. etc. etc. We are all sinners needing the Lord to lead us while celebrating about how he does on a regular basis. Like when in the church shown in this video.
