Thanks for reaching out! I’m definitely not an expert in physics therapy, so I would not take this as advice, but essentially activities that contract the large group. Lying flat on your stomach and arching your body backwards, sort of like a reverse sit-up. There are others too but having strong erector spine gives us a stronger core.
