@@jaron5333 So do you think the actual name "Jesus" holds No power & if so... then over all these centuries when people have called upon the name of Jesus it is nothing more than a placebo effect in people's minds? People by the way who have given testimony as to what happened immediately after they cried out/called upon the name of Jesus in this or that horrible or whatnot moment that they did. Added to that.... Have all the people over the last 500 years that repented & got saved using, believing & having faith in the name of Jesus not really been given salvation or been saved? My answer to the above is: The name Jesus does have power when one truly calls upon Him And Yes, over the last 500 years people that have gotten saved using the name Jesus really are saved. I know this to be true because God would not allow all those generations, 5 centuries worth, to not have the gift of salvation over the translation of Jesus's actual name when He was made man in the flesh, was crucified & arose from the dead therefore gaining all who repent, ask, believe & profess Jesus is Lord. (After all it was God that confounded the languages of man at the tower of babel. I'd guess God knew the affect of that would be translations from one language to another. Translations like names....) I am truly interested in what you think/what your thoughts & beliefs are about the above questions. Anywho, make sure you have a Great day and an Excellent weekend!

Numbers 15:15 is referring to proselytes to the law of Moses (the stranger that sojourneth with you) . The message is to Israel and proselytes to the law of Moses. Acts 10:35 is also about proselytes to the law of Moses from every nation. Look at Acts 10:1-8 for a description of Cornelius as a proselyte to the law of Moses. People are taught that Cornelius was the first Gentile believer, yet he is not described as an unbelieving Gentile, but rather as a God fearing devout believer and follower of God through obeying the law of Moses. Salvation by faith in the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus (APART from the Law of Moses) is a revelation given to Paul in Acts 13 which took place NINE years after Cornelius confessed Jesus is the Messiah and Son of God. The Jews and proselytes were to believe Jesus is the Messiah and Son of God and continue in the Law of Moses. HOWEVER, after the majority of Israelites and proselytes rejected Jesus as Messiah and Son of God, the message of salvation changed, otherwise the nations would have been cut off from receiving salvation. That's why Paul's message is not the same. YAHWEH opened a NEW door for the nations by revealing to Paul a NEW message of salvation to make the Jews Jealous (Romans 11:11). Acts 13 is the FIRST time anyone preaches a salvation by faith in the D.B.R. of Jesus apart from works of the law. This message was first preached at Antioch Turkey in the province of Galatia in 48 A.D.. You have likely been told Paul preached the same message of salvation as that which Jesus and the 12 preached to the House of Israel. That teaching is nonsense and it denies the scriptural truth.

Who is really teaching “Replacement Theology” ? (Did God fulfill His promises to the Jewish people at Calvary? Matthew 26:28, John 19:30) The advocates of modern Dispensational Theology often accuse others of promoting “Replacement Theology”, or some may even say “Antisemitism”. What does the Bible say about their accusations? 1. Who is replacing Christ as the seed of Abraham through which all the families of the Earth would be blessed in Genesis 12:3, with Abraham’s modern descendants? (See Galatians 3:8) 2. Who is replacing the one people of God in John 10:16, with two peoples of God ? 3. Who is replacing the one seed (Christ) in Galatians 3:16, with the many seeds? 4. Who is replacing the children of the promise in Romans 9:8, with the children of the flesh? 5. Who is replacing the faithful “remnant” of Israelites in Romans 11:1-5, with the Baal worshipers? 6. Who is replacing the word "so" in Romans 11:26, with the word "then"? 7. Who is attempting to replace the Church made up of all races of people, with one made up only of Gentiles? Why did Peter address the crowd as “all the house of Israel” in Acts 2:36, when about 3,000 Israelites accepted Christ on the Day of Pentecost? 8. Based on Hebrews 9:15, the New Covenant cannot be separated from the Messiah’s death. Is the covenant in Daniel 9:27 connected to the Messiah’s death in Daniel 9:26. Is the covenant with the “many” in Daniel 9:27 the same covenant with the “many” in Matthew 26:28? If it is, some have replaced the New Covenant in Daniel 9:27 with a future covenant made by an antichrist not found in Daniel chapter 9. (See the 1599 Geneva Bible used by the Pilgrims.) 9. Those promoting the Two Peoples of God doctrine of Dispensational Theology often accuse others of teaching “Replacement Theology”, but are they the masters of it? Are they promoting a form of Dual Covenant Theology based on race? (See “genealogies” in Titus 3:9) Is the most important genealogy in the Bible found in Matthew 1:1? Is God's Son the ultimate fulfillment of Israel? Why has the modern Church done a pitiful job of sharing the Gospel with modern Orthodox Jews? Why would someone tell them they are God's chosen people and then fail to share the Gospel with them? Who is the seed of the woman promised in Genesis 3:15? Who is the "son" in Psalm 2? Who is the "suffering servant" of Isaiah 53? Who would fulfill the New Covenant promised in Jeremiah 31:31-34? Who would fulfill the timeline of Daniel chapter 9 before the second temple was destroyed? Why have we not heard this simple Old Testament Gospel preached on Christian television in the United States on a regular basis? 10. Watch the KZbin video “Genesis of Dispensational Theology” to see the origin of this man-made doctrine, which is less than 200 years old. It was brought to the United States about the time of the Civil War by John Nelson Darby. The doctrine was later incorporated into the notes of the Scofield Reference Bible, and then spread through much of the modern Church. Dallas Theological Seminary in Dallas Texas was created in part to promote John Darby’s Two Peoples of God doctrine of Dispensational Theology. Lewis Sperry Chafer, the first president of Dallas Theological, had the following to say about the difference between Israel and the Church: “The dispensationalist believes that throughout the ages God is pursuing two distinct purposes: one related to the earth with earthly people and earthly objectives involved which is Judaism; while the other is related to heaven with heavenly people and heavenly objectives involved, which is Christianity.” Lewis Sperry Chafer, Dispensationalism (Dallas, Seminary Press, 1936), p. 107. Chafer states that, ‘Israel is an eternal nation, heir to an eternal land, with an eternal kingdom, on which David rules from an eternal throne,’ that is, on earth and distinct from the church who will be in heaven.” Lewis Sperry Chafer. Systematic Theology. 1975. Vol. IV. pp. 315-323. John Walvoord, another prominent voice of Dallas Theological stated… "...it is an article of normative dispensational belief that the boundaries of the land promised to Abraham and his descendants from the Nile to the Euphrates will be literally instituted and that Jesus Christ will return to a literal and theocratic Jewish kingdom centred on a rebuilt temple in Jerusalem. In such a scheme the Church on earth is relegated to the status of a parenthesis.” John F. Walvoord, The Rapture Question.1979, p. 25 ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Are there two peoples of God in John 10:16? (See also 1 John 2:22-23, 2 John 1:7-11.) What is the land promise to the Old Testament Saints in Hebrews 11:15-16? Based on 2 Peter 3:10-13, is this earth “eternal”? Will it be replaced by a new earth? Based on Acts 2:36, and Romans 9:6-8, and Romans 11:1-5, and Hebrews 12:22-24, and James 1:1-3, can faithful Israel and the Church be separated into two different groups? Who is the New Covenant promised to in Jeremiah 31:31-34, and Hebrews 8:6-13? Will modern Orthodox Jews ever be saved outside of the New Covenant Church?

A factor never taken into account is that Israel never started until Jacob, Abraham's grandson. Abraham, Isaac, Noah, etc. were members of neither Israel or the Church. And God told Israel that they were like no one before them. And Paul described the Church as " one new man" of both but now indestinguished, the Church is therefore not Gentiles nor Jew, NOT ISRAEL.

Galatian 3:26-29 26 So in Christ Jesus you are all children of God through faith, 27 for all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ. 28 There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus. 29 If you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise. I wouldn't say we are the holy nation called Israel, which is an earthy nation. But rather we are called to become the holy nation to the one king who is now in heaven Jesus. In Galatian 3:28 states that there is no longer Jew nor gentiles in this holy nation. Even male and females are not differentiated in this holy nation. Neither slave nor free. We are One in Christ Jesus. Meaning this holy nation is not an earthy one. We are all Abraham's seed when we consider Jesus as our lord. There is no Israel yet when Abraham walked on earth. My 2 Cents However, that being said, I agree that the multitude of human doctrines written over God's word is so immense that those books of men may have greatly undermined the original message of the Word of God when Christians reads them more readily than the Bible. Indeed the doctrines of men have caused more division than unity in Christ Jesus.

At first the teachings seemed normal but eventually I have started hearing the undertones of dispensationalism and the strange teachings that it leads to. I try to argue without any luck. They are quick to shut you down if you believe in one body of Christ. And the false teaching that Christ's ministry to set up the kingdom was an utter failure. Then they teach of Paul's dispensation which is truly idolatry. And teaching that Peter and Paul were different religions where Peter's church failed and Paul's church succeeded. Well, that is my experience with Dispensationalism so far. And what I am hearing at this Baptist church. Among other strange teachings.

Galatians 1:11,12: “But I certify you, brethren, that the gospel which was preached of me is NOT AFTER MAN. “FOR I NEITHER RECEIVED IT OF MAN, NEITHER WAS I TAUGHT IT, BUT BY THE REVELATION OF JESUS CHRIST.” Ephesians 3:1-3: “For this cause, I PAUL, THE PRISONER OF JESUS CHRIST FOR YOU GENTILES, “If ye have heard of THE DISPENSATION OF THE GRACE OF GOD, WHICH IS GIVEN ME TO YOU-WARD: “How that BY REVELATION HE MADE KNOWN UNTO ME THE MYSTERY….” Colossians 1:25: “…I am made a minister, according to THE DISPENSATION OF GOD WHICH IS GIVEN TO ME FOR YOU, to fulfill [fill full, or complete] the Word of God”. I Timothy 2:5-7: “For there is one God, and one Mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus; “Who gave Himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time. “WHEREUNTO I AM ORDAINED A PREACH-ER, AND AN APOSTLE (I SPEAK THE TRUTH IN CHRIST, AND LIE NOT); A TEACHER OF THE GENTILES IN FAITH AND VERITY.” Titus 1:2,3: “In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie; promised before the world began; “But hath in due times manifested His Word THROUGH PREACHING WHICH IS COMMITTED UNTO ME, according to the commandment of God our Saviour.” Galatians 1:9 "As we said before, so say I now again, if any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed."

@Mad Madigan What Gospel has been preached from the beginning of time at the Garden of Eden? The Gospel of the Messiah (heel to serpent) . The more that Gospel was preached the more we understood about that Christ / Messiah. Eventually we found out through Moses He would be an Israelite. Then we learned The Messiah would be from the Tribe of Judah. The we learn that He would write Yehovah's Laws on our hearts and bringing allvthe world even the gentiles back to God family, Family of Active Faith in love to God. The Gospel plan has always been the restoration of all back to Yehovah through the Jewish Messiah so that we would all Love Yehovah and keep the righteous requirements of the Law in love through the lead of the Spirit. I listened to this because it’s always healthy to challenge our beliefs, I believe in dispensations. I think the fundamental misunderstanding here is that SPIRITUAL Israel is not the same as PHYSICAL Israel. Gentiles in the church age are counted as spiritual Israel but not physical. There are way too many scriptures in the new testament that make a distinction between Jews, Gentiles, and the Church. This is where i’m at, but i’m always praying for God to show me where i’m wrong. Bless y’all!!

Matthew, Good attitude. There is a difference between physical descendants of Israel and the Spiritual family of God, but that does not make the dispensational SYSTEM true or good. Dispensationalism teaches that God is totally done with Israel, and the Temple will never be rebuilt, that the promises God swore to Israel are now null and void and apply only to "the church". It assumes that God the Father was betrothed to Israel at Mt. Sinai, and Jesus' bride is the church (or, alternatively when they realize that it was, in fact, YHVH (Yahweh JESUS who was betrothed to Israel at Sinai, that He has DIVORCED her.) Matt 19:4.

I just couldn't finish listening to this ! Lets take a different look at this. I think you view the word church as a set group of people that you can cram everyone into. How about the word saint? does that always refer to believers in Christ as savior ? The word is rife through out the old testament and that refers to the Jews, yet they knew nothing of Christ. In Daniel the word saint refers to angels. The church in the wilderness is ole testament and is obviously referring to Jews, not born again believers. That church knew nothing of Christ as savior. Adam and Eve are part of the church ? REALLY ? which one ? I refer you to a point in time when Jesus asked his disciple's " Whom do men say that I am "? Peter answers "Thou art the Christ the son of the living God" Jesus then said he would build HIS church on that statement. Did he ? Is that the Gospel that is preached on Sunday's in Christian churches today ? I thought Paul's gospel 1 Cor 15 was the gospel we preach. The church in the days of Jesus was built on Christ as the Jewish Messiah, not on him as savior dying for our sins. Please read Acts 3. It's a different dispensation that ended when Jesus gave Paul the mystery of the gospel we all know. It was a mystery because know one but God knew of it until Paul Eph 3:3 If everything is one, then why was Paul arguing with the disciples in Gal 2:9. ? Why did he call the gospel we preach " My Gospel" Rom 16: 25. He never said the gospel, or church, we have all known since Adam and Eve. Even if you don't like it, God has dealt with different people in different ways over time, and he will still be doing that even in the Tribulation. Read Rev 14:6 is the everlasting gospel the gospel we preach ? NO, its a different gospel for a different dispensation.

However, it is a classic case of throwing everything away without carefully selecting what should not be thrown away. Regardless of your view on dispensationalism, you said you wanted to get back to what the bible says. Well...the bible says God gave the nation of israel the Land as an eternal covenant. Why are you cherry picking? The bible says this in Genesis 17 and Psalm 105. If as you say you wish to return to the bible then you will see that God has not finished with his physical people Israel and the physical land of Israel (Canaan).

Gods plan for Israel is different to the church. Salvation is through Christ alone. Israel will be saved after the rapture. Israel didn’t recognise their Messiah and God extended the gospel to all of the world. They are mostly blind for now. But God has a plan for Israel, in the end times. If a Jew comes to know Christ before the rapture, they are one in Christ with us. Paul says there is neither Jew nor Greek but all are one in Christ Jesus.

By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love GOD and OBEY HIS Commandments. For this IS the love of God, that we KEEP HIS Commandments. And HIS Commandments are not burdensome. 1John 5:2-3..... Whoever has my Commandments and KEEPS THEM, he it is who loves ME. And he who loves me Will Be Loved by my father, and I will love him and manifest myself to him. Judas (not Iscariot) I said to him, Lord how is it that you will manifest yourself TO US, and not to THE WORLD? Jesus answered him, "If anyone loves ME, he will KEEP my word, and my father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him. Whoever does not love me, does not KEEP My words. Do you tithe to the Levites? Do you take off work every 7th and 50th year? I have never met anyone who preached keeping the law who actually kept it. When Jesus said not one jot or tittle would be abolished, he meant the WHOLE law, not just the 10 commandments. The wages of sin is death. The just shall live by faith. Romans 14:23And he that doubteth is damned if he eat, because he eateth not of faith: for whatsoever is not of faith is sin. *the example is food to show ANYTHING not done in faith is sin. It is not grace vs the law. It is FAITH or the Law. The law is a schoolmaster to teach you what sin is. You cannot, in faith, do things contrary to the commands of Jehovah. 1 John 4:19 And hereby we know that we are of the truth, and shall assure our hearts before him. 20For if our heart condemn us, God is greater than our heart, and knoweth all things. 21Beloved, if our heart condemn us not, then have we confidence toward God. 22And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight. 23And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment. 24And he that keepeth his commandments dwelleth in him, and he in him. But, being lawless, after being saved to come back to the Father (1JOHN 3:4) in obedience, well, that’s exactly everybody is going to hear! Grace is a favor to come back to the Father and start to walk in THE way appointed by HIM). To our Father, a matter is only established by 2 or 3 witnesses, well, Paul is the only witness to the grace without obedience! That’s how people understand Paul. But, he clearly states that: You’re saved by faith UNTO obedience (good works). Who gets to define the words used in the Bible? The Author of it! And the Author says: Good works for him are obedience to his Torah (His instructions for eternal life). The Messiah is the way (the Way appointed by the Father), He is the living Torah (Psalms 119:142) and the life (the tree of life, not the tree of good and evil, not the tree of lawlessness). Think about it and pray that YHWH brings you before the Messiah. Only the Father brings the believer before the Messiah , so nobody can call on Him or accept Him. It’s the Father who brings them to the door of salvation! And now, saved, that person walks in the Way, the way of the Torah! Read, reread and read again John 12:49-50. Hallelu YaH! dispensationalism is not a system or a framework. it is a timeline "rightly dividing the word of truth" into biblically revealed times and ending of times. Dispensationalism is a mystery kept hidden in ages past revealed to paul for gentiles as he said. "even to this day when the law is read a veil covers their hearts and minds" refering to israel and those under the law. Israel in pauls writings is always contrasted with The church consisting of jew and gentile together in Christ.
@preacherofthecross4 жыл бұрын
UUUUUUUmmmmmmm....lets read Ephesians 3:6 one more time. That the Gentiles should be fellow heirs (with the Jews), and of the SAME BODY, and partakers of his promise in Christ by my Gospel. And where in the scriptures does it say the New Covenant will ever come to an end and be replaced with another testament??? I think it says that his kingdom which he establish when he was here will have no end. Even when Jesus was here in flesh he stated his Kingdom is a heavenly kingdom not made with hands. The true temple he was building was himself. Destroy this temple and in three days I will raise it up. If the temple is rebuilt, and the sacrifices reestablished, then we are going back under the law. Back under Adam and departing from Christ who is far better than those offered under the law. The Church never ever in a million years will ever “replace” Israel; because it is the true Israel. Never to be divided between Jew vs Gentile. One body, one faith, one baptism into Christ who is THE PROMISED SEED. He is the true Israelite. He is the new man. Jew and Gentile one, which is Paul’s great mystery. I attended many Messianic Synagogues and it was Jew and Gentile living in harmony. And if you want to be more specific, when my gentile friends accept Christ, they become, according to Pauls teaching, a true Jew who’s heart has been circumsised and not his flesh. According to Christ there is no more need for a little spot of land in the Middle East for the whole world is now our inheritance. You can have that very small piece of real estate, but the whole planet is ours. As a Jew, I have no need to live in a certain place because its where my ancestors lived. For my citizenship is in the body of Christ who is the true Temple (Heaven and Earth).

Then there is the Millenium, which would be a separate dispensation. It is taught by Paul, and can be found in the kjv, and spanish bible translations at Col1:25, 1Cor9:17, Eph 1:10, 3:2, 3:9, 1Tim 1:4

This was a very accurate and precise lecture on D. But the last dispensation, the eschatological one you left out, why. Throughout many messianic groups I find these D. Ideas in their eschatology, awaiting at least an earthly kingdom of Christ with a third temple including sacrifices to be made. The interpretation of OT texts usually lack any exegesis or hermeneutical reflexion but takes everything in OT-prophecies literally. What a confusion. . . . . You have any clue?
@johnspartan982 жыл бұрын
The Biblical Method of Interpretation: rightly dividing the word a.k.a "cutting a straight path" through the scriptures. WHY all the differering views and opinions that result in conflict? The reason is simpler than you might think. The Biblical method of interpretation describes and defines biblical covenants, Israel, the Bride (elect of Israel) and the distinction between Israel and the Body of Christ; which begins with Paul (Jesus being the head). The Biblical Method addresses the differences between the Gospel of the Kingdom, given to the Twelve Apostles, and the Gospel of the Grace of God, given to Paul for the Gentiles. It points out that the end times applies to the elect of Israel including those Gentiles who live during and through the tribulation. The Biblical method presents the literal truth involving Old Testament prophecies that apply to ethnic/national Israel, and the idea that the the prophets where kept ignorant of the Body of Christ (sometimes called the Church) a New Testament entity that is distinct from Israel. Paul makes at least four references to dispensations (divine administrations) in his letters: 1 Corinthians 9:17 Ephesians 1:10 Ephesians 3:2 Colossians 1:25 A Dispensation is also called an Age or Ages many times in the Bible. In the Bible, a dispensation is the divine administration of a period of time, or a divinely appointed age. These ages are ordained by God to order the affairs of mankind for specific periods of time. Because they are found in the Bible I refer to them as Biblical dispensations. Paul is a dispensationalist. To reject dispensationalism is to reject Paul's revelations that were given to him for the Body of Christ. There are eight distinct Biblical ages, time frames, or dispensations. Each Biblical dispensation has a beginning and an end. 1. Innocence (Genesis 1:1-3:7), 2. Conscience (Genesis 3:8-8:22), 3. Human government (Genesis 9:1-11:32), 4. Promise (Genesis 12:1-Exodus 19:25), 5. Law (Exodus 20:1-Acts 2:4), 6. Grace (Acts 2:4-Revelation 20:3), and 7. Tribulation (Daniel 9:24-27; Revelation 11:2-7; Revelation 13:5-6; Matthew 24:15) 8. Millennial Kingdom (Revelation 20:4-6). These dispensations are arrived at using the literal, grammatical, historical method of interpreting the Bible. (the Biblical Method). They rise from an understanding of the scriptures. They are not the invention of men that are applied to the scriptures. With the the Biblical Method of interpretation, meaning is extracted from scriptures while seeking to understand the context to achieve a harmonious translation and interpretation that poses no conflicts with other verses. Symbols, times. places, and figures of speech are all interpreted plainly while respecting the immediate and remote contexts. This results in the clear Biblical distinction between the elect of Israel (a.k.a. the Bride) and the called out Gentiles which Paul refers to as the Body of Christ. We know that every prophecy about Jesus in the Old Testament was fulfilled literally. Jesus' birth, ministry, death, and resurrection were all fulfilled literally, just as the Old Testament predicted. There are no non-literal fulfillments of prophecies in the New Testament, which is why the literal method is Biblical. The Bible was not written to mean different things to different people. There can only be one objective universal interpretation, otherwise it is not the absolute authoritative word of YHWH. The Bible teaches us that it was written for two distinct peoples of God: 1. Israel (The Bride) and 2. The Body of Christ. The Bible teaches the Body of Christ has NOT replaced Israel in God’s plan. All of the Old Testament promises to Israel have not been transferred to the Body of Christ. The promises God made to Israel for a political Kingdom on earth, land, many descendants, and blessings are still to be fulfilled in the 1000-year period spoken of in Revelation chapter 20. YHWH is not done with Israel. There will be a revival and repentance for Israel which will result in tribulation Gentiles being saved and sharing in the blessings of the Millennial Kingdom. The OT covenant promises to Israel, in which the Gentiles are to be blessed, has yet to be fulfilled. The tribulation is the 70th week of Daniel 9:27. It is also referred to as "the time of Jacob's trouble" (Jacob being Israelites). That future time of revival and repentance for Israel is the seven year tribulation followed by the Millennial Kingdom on earth. The alternative is to call YHWH a liar and claim YHWH is done with the nation of Israel, in which case there is no future fulfillment of the promises. Such a position is not Biblical and goes against the scriptures. Such a view also destroys people's faith in the scriptures and leaves them with no hope. Biblical Dispensationalists believe YHWH is focusing His attention on the Body of Christ during this age of grace. The Jews rejected their promised kingdom, cut themselves off, and shut out the Gentiles from receiving the promised blessings. Jesus warned the Jews: “But woe to you, experts in the law and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you shut the Kingdom of Heaven right in front of people, for you do not enter, nor do you allow the ones entering to enter." Matthew 23:13. The Jews had plenty of opportunity to repent and accept their messiah, however, most didn't. As a result destruction fell on Jerusalem and the temple was destroyed in 70 A.D. just as Jesus prophesied in Matthew. When the Jews cut themselves off from their promised political Kingdom on earth, the prophetic time clock stopped for Israel. This Age of Grace is a non-prophesied Age. Some people refer to this Age of Grace as a parenthesis or a "time out" from God's prophetic dealings with Israel. No prophets mentioned it, not even Jesus. It was a secret revealed only to Paul. At a future appointed time, God will once again focus His attention on Israel and once again the Gospel of the coming Kingdom will be preached, this time for seven years, and then the Kingdom will be established. Summary Biblical Dispensationalism rises from the scriptures using the literal, grammatical, and historical (Biblical Method) of interpreting the Bible. It is not a man made theological framework forced onto the scriptures. It was not invented by Darby in the 1800's. The scriptures are not properly understood and cannot be rightly divided without an understanding of the Biblical Dispensations. Biblical Dispensationalism recognizes the Bible is divided into different dispensations, a.k.a. ages and it results in a clear distinction between Israel and the Body of Christ. Biblical Dispensationalism results in a premillennial interpretation of Jesus' second coming to Israel as their Messiah and a Jesus coming to meet his Body of Believers in the air in the event known as the pretribulation rapture.

The anti-Dispensationalist's in the video satisfy the itching ears of those who haven't studied the word, while you cut through all the false doctrines they are spewing out. Dispensationalism is Biblical. God has dispensed revelation messages to different people living in different times. No one is building an Ark today for that very reason. The Body of Christ is not under the Law of Moses, but under grace (another dispensation). The clowns in the above video are closet dispensationalists and probably don't even know it yet, or they will deny it. Kudos.

Alsoo can you explain the cultivated olive tree and the wild olive tree....Romans 11 Can you explain Joshua and Caleb (Jew and Gentile) going into the promised land... Can you explain "all Israel" Romans 11:26 And almost finally given you believe Israel is the bride and the church is the body (not the bride), thus different in some way.... Can you explain Ephesians 5:22-33 esp v25-27 And now finally, Luke 22:20 - which new covenant is Yeshua pointing to when he says "the new"....given he seems to be prophesying of the blood that will be shed to establish the covenant promise....(eg Gen 15:7-21)...and so with whom is that "new" covenant.... Thx for your patience.... I am still an infant student in scripture so please be patient with me and supportive where you can.... May YHVH bless you and keep you and yours... Shalom brother....🙏

It seems that some people have not persevered in study and have an irresistible urge to question Scripture and therefore have limited their understanding and are unconditionally elected to have a total inability to understand God,s plan and purpose for the ages. God's word is 100% in agreement with your statement and, ultimately, that's what matters. Paul's gospel is "the message of the cross", which none of the Twelve understood as 'Our glorious gospel of grace' was hidden from them (Luke 31:31-34). If they had been preaching Paul's 'my gospel' - the good news of Christ Jesus' DEATH for our justification, His Burial and His RESURRECTION - then they would have been waiting at His tomb on the third day. But, Peter never even preached the cross as good news prior to Paul's receiving the 'DISPENSATION of the grace of God' by revelation: instead, at Pentecost and afterward, Peter confronted his Jewish audiences with the cross as a murder indictment that they, as a nation, were called to repent of. No. The gospel of the Kingdom of God was a gospel message directed at the nation of Israel and in essence its message was "good news Israel, your prophesied Kingdom is at hand'...your King is here! There could have been no better news to the Jewish audience it was being preached to as their hope was centered in this Kingdom (Rom 15:8 - KJV). But, our glorious gospel of grace is the awesome news that Christ Jesus DIED for our sins, was Buried and RESURRECTED on the third day. Quite distinct as it includes the justification of the believer solely on the merits of Christ Jesus' FINISHED works (2 Cor 5:21). Our gospel carries with it the Blessed Assurance of our Eternal Security in Christ. This is the best news ever! Thank you Lord Jesus.

The tickets were paid but the speeding laws still remain. You can still get a ticket in the future. Thank God we have an advocate and high priest! We ought to go and sin no more. We do the best we can, we are vessels of mercy, saved by grace through faith, and we can’t earn salvation, but we don’t walk in a way where we should collect a whole bunch of tickets. @@joe_zeay Lol, accusing me of cherry picking while you ignore the verses from Joshua 24 and John 6 that don’t suit you. You can say with your mouth you choose to serve God and follow Him, but you cannot change your heart. Israels history is proof. That’s why Joshua said ‘you cannot’, that’s why Jesus said ‘no one can come unless’. That’s why God said ‘I will’. That’s what God did for me. That’s why I could see the truth. That’s why I could truly repent. That’s why I came to Jesus. That’s why my salvation is secure. God is the First and the Last. I did nothing but rebel until God changed me. Why did He do that? ‘I have loved thee with an everlasting love: therefore with lovingkindness have I drawn thee.’ Jeremiah 31:3 Hear that echo in John 6:44? ‘No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day.’ John 6:44 Praise God for His eternal love, which we have an eternity to thank Him for!

@@Lena.9 ive read the entire bible, cover to cover, twice. I understand the importance of context. The old testament is about Israel Rejecting God. They have freewill. Denying freewill places the blame on God when one chooses to reject the good news and goes to hell upon death. Satan also blames God for everything. Calvinism is satanic in origin and unbiblical. When you die and God asks you why you should be permitted into heaven... replying with 'I Was Predestined' will be the wrong answer

Yes the Holy Spirit guides us into all TRUTH. But what is TRUTH as defined by the Bible? ...Thy righteousness is an everlasting righteousness, and Thy LAW is TRUTH. Hmm, Jesus and the Law are both defined as TRUTH. Jesus is the living WORD of God. Jesus is TORAH, the WORD made flesh.

I have no real disagreement with anything that was said, but I was waiting to hear about points (3) and (4) of the Tenets of Dispensationalism, and the speaker went on for soooooo long, labouring point (2) about Law and Grace ad nauseam, that he never got around to saying anything about Dispensationalists seeing the church age as a parenthesis, and the Rapture being separated from the Second Coming, which is what I wanted to hear! I would also like to know, what 119Ministries teach about ethnic Israel in the end times. Do they believe that the return of Jews to the Promised Land and the re-establishment of the state of Israel is a fulfilment of prophecy, and part of God working out his end-time purposes, or do they consider it to be a political accident of no particular significance? They reject Dispensational Christian Zionism, as I do, but what do they think about Classical Christian Zionism?

The law and the prophets were until john! End of discussion!! Jesus did not come to abolish the law, but to fulfill it so that thru him we may be saved from the law. The law only condemned us! We can try to follow the law but only as a testament of our faith! Not for our salvation! If were still under the law then what do you do with Paul? Isreal has been blinded in part. Yes we as gentiles are grafted in but Jews need to come to jesus, not gentiles go to the law. Come on people wake up. Dispensations are real. Study to show yourself approved! What profit will be the Sabbath that the feast days and forget the 19 things that will keep you out of the kingdom that Paul talked about? that it's all for nothing. So for example if I keep the Sabbath and I'm driving I have a road rage? I'm just defeated my purpose for keeping a Sabbath by my road rage. If I'm observing a feast day and then coveted another man's wife what good is observing the feast day? Paul did talk about feast days and the Sabbath as Lesser commands so I think they can benefit but they are lesser commands.. 25:34

2:54 119 claims to look at the "whole word of God is still the truth" suggesting that he has considered the whole word of God. However, 119 has not. "One should never speak their opinion of eschatology before studying the book of Zechariah," J. MacArthur (2023 Shepherds Conf.). This is because like Daniel and Revelation, Zechariah is a complete book (14 chapters of eschatological prophesy). Amazingly, 119 does not even refer to Zechariah. Is it because 1) He read it and cannot reconcile it, or 2) he does not even know what is in Zechariah. This amazing book describes in detail a millennial rain and a new temple. If you are still reading this and deny Dispensationalism, do yourself a favor and at least read the book, so you are no longer ignorant. 1.4:30. Dispensationalism does call it dispensationalism. The Westminster Confession calls the Covenant periods Dispensations. 2.4:40. A simple Google search will reveal that a pre-tribulation rapture did not start with Darby - a simple lie continually presented by Convenantalists. The fact is that the earliest found reference is for a 370 AD Byzantine text quoting a sermon from Ephraem The Syrian - it’s pertinent statement reads “"For all the saints and Elect of God are gathered, prior to the tribulation that is to come, and are taken to the Lord lest they see the confusion that is to overwhelm the world because of our sins." 3. 6:52 1 Cor12:12-13. This passage is speaking of those who are born again. 119 is saying that the Jews and Greeks, slaves, free who are born again are of the church. Any interpretation that would say that akk Jews are one in the Body should then need to accept that all Greeks are baptized into one in the Body of Christ. This says nothing about unrepentant Israel. 4. Eph 3:16 again only those who are saved and not unrepentant Israel.

Man, you guys really nail a lot of things that took me some time to figure out on my own and had to piecemeal together to get to this point. It's so refreshing to find a channel that already has all of these ideas mostly, completely figured out. I would just add one small detail that I think you kind of miss in all of the law talk. It has to do with ceremonial/sacrificial laws. When Jesus gave up the ghost the veil on the tabernacle rent and Twain from top to bottom. Jesus fulfilled the sacrificial laws or ceremonial laws as they were supposed to be meant as a shadow of his coming plus obviously you can't do any of them without the temple. I think this is one of the biggest understandings with the law of Moses and Gods law but they so often say works of the law. Works of the law are works of the sacrificial/ceremonial law. It's common sense too. Is it work to not do something? If I told my kid to not hurt his sister and not eat the candy would that be a work to him? But if I told him he had to carry his sister's backpack to school and clean his room everyday that would be work? Because people refuse to understand the context of the bible in its entirety this is part of the problem. If you are true in your intentions and you seek in earnest these things you will find but most people want to holler Jesus is my savior in the comment section a few times a week and that's good enough for them. That's sad, sad, sad.

I just read an article on the net that accused 119 Ministries of false teaching. This is such a sad situation to see that so many so called Christians today have bought into the American paganism of worshiping Yeshua. It seems to me so many people have seen our Messiah's death on the cross as having nailed the Tanach as a whole on the cross. Some of these people adhere and worship tradition rather than the complete Word of Yah...from Genesis to Revelation. It seems to me that these people are actually taking the new testament out of context from the bible as a whole. This article actually called 119 ministries a cult. I believe the article failed to point out the fact that way back in the 4th century St. Ignatius of Antioch and the leaders of Rome called out St. Paul as the leader of the cult...the cult being of course the followers of Yeshua...before His crucification and after He arose. These precious people were merciless persecuted. Do the so called Christians of our modern belief system have any idea of how Rome back around the 1st century onward vilified and maligned the Word of Yah?

Why does Paul keep talking about a mystery that was kept secret since the world began? He says this multiple times in his letters
@nubYaH4 жыл бұрын
Because the mystery was so that even the prophets wanted and studied and wanted to know how Elohim would accomplish the Genesis 3:15 promise and the promise of the ‘I’ll bring you back from all the corners of the world, you House of Yisra’El. Nobody could figure it out, and Paul did understand how Messiah resolved the problem of the divorce that YHWH did give the the House of Yisra’El, the northern Kingdom. And the Torá states that a divorced woman cannot remarry the former husband. And how would the divorced house of Yisra’El come back? That was a Mystery. Even Messiah said that he was the fulfillment of the prophesied coming back of the House of Yisra’El, even stating that He came only for the lost sheep of the house of Yisra’El.
@Tango_Yankee74 жыл бұрын
@@nubYaH I see what your saying but I’m not sure if that’s correct because Paul says in Ephesians 3 that the mystery is about the gentiles becoming fellow heirs, and of the same body, and partakers of his promise in Christ by the gospel. Heidelberg Catechism part 14 - God's Law created by Reformed | Dec 9, 2022 | Systematic theology Table of Contents Question 92: What is God's Law?? Question 93: How do the commandments divide?? The position of the Dort Synod regarding the Sabbath . Question 92: What is God's Law?? AND. I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, from the house of slavery. You will not have other gods before me. II . Do not make an engraved image or similarity to those of the sky that are in the sky and which are low on earth and which are in the waters underground. You will not bow to them or serve them; for I am the Lord your God, a jealous God in love, haunting the iniquities of fathers over sons in the third and fourth generations of those who hate me, and doing mercy over thousands of those who love me and keep my commandments. III . Do not take the name of the Lord your God in vain; for the Lord will take revenge on him who takes his name in vain. IV . Remember to celebrate it for the day of rest. You will do six days and do all your work. But on the seventh day the Lord your God is resting; you will not do any work in it, you and your son, and your daughter, your servant, and your handmaid, your livestock, and your guest, who is in your gates; Because for six days the Lord created heaven and earth, sea, and whatever is in them, and rested on the seventh day; therefore the Lord blessed the day of rest, and sacrificed him. V . Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be extended in the land that your God will give you. Vi. You will not murder. VII . You will not commit adultery. VIII . You will not steal. IX . You will not speak false testimony against your neighbor. X . You will not covet your neighbor's house, nor will you covet your neighbor's wife, his servant, his maiden, his ox, his donkey, or any thing of your neighbor. (2 Moses. 20: 1-17; 5 Moses. 5: 6-21) Question 93: How do the commands divide?? In two parts (tables). First contains four commandments about our attitude towards God. Second - six commandments about our duties towards people. 5 Moses 4:13 Then he told you his covenant, which he commanded you to fulfill ten commandments, which he wrote on two stone tablets. . Mat. 22: 37-39 And Jesus answered him: You will love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the other is similar to him: You will love your neighbor as yourself. . 5 Moses. 10:12 So now, Israel, what the LORD asks of you, your God? Just make you afraid of the LORD, your God, that you may walk all His ways and love Him l, and serve the LORD your God with all your heart and all your soul. 3rd. 19:18 You will not take revenge and you will not hide your grudges against the sons of your people, but you will love your neighbor as yourself. I am the LORD ... The position of the Dort Synod regarding the Sabbath . 1) In the fourth commandment of God's Law there is ceremonial and moral element. 2) Rest on the seventh day after creation and strict observance of the day on which the Jewish people were particularly burdened was ceremonial. 3) That a specific and designated day which was put aside for the service of God and that for this purpose such rest is required as is necessary for God's service and for sanctified contemplation; this element is moral. 4) The Jewish Sabbath was set aside and Christians have a solemn duty to celebrate Lord's Day. 5) This day was always preserved in the original Church since the time of the Apostles. 6) This day should be like this dedicated to God's service that in it people rest from all ministerial work, except for those that are required by charity and current needs, as well as from all such entertainment that prevents God's service. Heidelberg Catechism from 1562
