I think the developers just reused sheep code for the goats, and of course baby sheep do produce some wool, and so they have baby goats producing a small amount of milk.

Assuming it's a bug but the small kiosk on the farm sells everything at a higher price than is listed and has been my primary sell point for my greenhouse items on the farm

I prefer enhanced Animals mod and expandable animal barns mod for fs22 . The sheep mod so you can get milk to make cheese also the goats mod. Hopefully they make a comeback to fs25.

One explanation that no one tells you is about the production in the Dairy. There is "Storing", "Distribution" and "Selling". I don't understand what these settings do. I don't seem to get any pallets of finished product. Can you explain these features. Thank you

Storing means that the production will spawn pallets when a full pallet is created. If you dont see a pallet yet then you havent produced a full pallet worth of product yet. Distribution is when on the hour the production will send its product down stream to another production that takes that output as an input automaticly. For example the grain mill will send flour to the bakery if you own both. Selling is just that, on the hour it will auto sell the goods it made in the last hour. it will not sell any goods already spawned in the trigger just new goods. Ill get around to a video on this subject, I am working my way thru refreshing all my FS22 How to content for FS25. Its just going to take several weeks to do so.

Hi FK. Thank you for the content. Is it supposed to not fill the trailers from pallets? Because it won´t work. Also, i´m feeding grass for 2 years and the meadow won´t grow back. Maybe a bug... Take care.

I have reported the meadow not growing back bug. We will have to see if its included in the update that is coming. I dont know why you couldnt fill into a trailer from a pallet of goat milk. I am fairly sure from memory in seeing the goat milk icon showing on the two milk trailers which would imply that it held goat milk which would imply it is setup to transfer goat milk from pallet to trailer since nothing provides goat milk in bulk. I would report it as a bug feedback.giants-software.com

When your barn is maxed out, newborns should just be sold.

How do you know how many newborns you should sell? Is it based on the amount of fully adult goats in the pen?

they reproduce 1:1 so if you have 10 adults who are about to reproduce you need space for 10 newborns.

Does anyone know why I cannot hook the international CV up to any trailers like the animal trailer or grain carts or really anything lol I have the flat bed on it thanks in advance!

I learned during a live stream it seems to have the wrong hitch for those trailers. While it 'looks' like it should work hitch on the trailer and truck are not coded to work together. Annoying and something I hope they will fix in the patch that is coming. There are modded trucks that have a fixed hitch but I am not endorsing them as I do not know their quality.

No, There is no concept of gender in game. Im sure this was done for the sake of making it a game accessible to all ages.
