MCU can surely do that with all the films following Endgame, but the pandemic ruined the chances. I doubt they can even unlock even 700M at a time like this. Best chances is 500M if the film is really good. I'm just glad they ventured in tv series, since it is a go-to media at this point, since we all have no choice. Pandemic ruined the 1B chances of Phase 4 MCU films, I'm sad :(

Nick Fury is the ultimate version, the "M.j" character etc... The theme of this film is family. Hence the idea of a diverse group of characters. That's why it works.
