Arguably, even death threats should be allowed, so police can identify probable / impending murder, and intervene by talking to the threatening person. Meanwhile, most others can see the unstable person for what he is, and he'll be ostracized.

I'm going guess in advance this guy is going to be low-key anti-freespeech. Just guessing based on name and title. Edit: 11 minutes in, and so far this is pretty honest and non-biased.
