homeless people are there, not because they have no family or home, but because of their drug addiction. About the aerial cables, you have to remember Brazil developed pretty recently and only slightly so, we don't really had the money for underground public wiring in most places. Plus the installation of these lines electrified most of the country in a matter of decades and we don't need to deal with snow like european countries, so yeah there's no priority in burying the cables when there are much more pressing issues around the country. On another note, loved the video, Santa Catarina and Floripa are truly wonderful and more people need to know that! Cheers from Brazil

As a European living in Brasil I must say i totally disagree with you…it’s actually even more beautiful than you are describing 😀❤️ It’s a multicultural society and it’s so amazing the mix of people and the diversity! There is a vibe here that if you compare europe, you actually can’t. European people are quite closed with their emotions and also not near as friendly! Being a foreigner here it’s amazing how well they received me and just to see the smile Brasilians have it just makes you wanna never leave! It’s a true blessing to live here😀🤙🏼🇧🇷

Thats nice, next visit you should go a little bit south, to Rio Grande do Sul, there're are some nice areas in the Serra Gaucha, small/medium towns colonized by Germans and Italians, the wine region and some really nice and peaceful towns.

So many european immigrants and it is still a 3° world country
@frankmorgan2772 Жыл бұрын
@@Anonymous-py1sf WEll, thats a stereotype for all the countries south the equator. But south of Brazil is not really a "3rd worldish" country, there's not extreme" poverty, no violence, no drugs like LA or NY. ITs a very peaceful region with industries and jobs, good people and nice beaches.
@Anonymous-py1sf Жыл бұрын
@@frankmorgan2772 Well, but I think you don't understand it is peaceful and "not poor" only if you compare it to other parts of Brazil. If you compare it to Europe, it is poorer than the poorest! Moldova (1 of the 3 poorest european countries) is comparable to southern Brazil, but Moldova is still safer. I commented because I have read so much comments like yours because you all think southern Brazil is like Germany but not at all

@@Anonymous-py1sf economical stats are not all there is in life. How can you measure smiles, friendliness, festive spirit, nice weather, beautiful people, amazing nature, good food? So what if a country is poorer than others, if the population is happy and unwilling to move to any other place?

Nice video, as usual. Still the best produced (editing, picture quality) vlogs on KZbin that I've seen so far. The only cringe moment in the video, that I would caution, was the clip with a homeless individual, and the implication that homeless=unsafe. I don't think it's an accurate reflection. It's also possible that it was an unfortunate edit. In any case, the video is great, and watching you two anywhere is like watching family -- very likable!
