She’s had extensive classical vocal training since 9 years old and her father who was her manager at the time made her and her group members train their voices and bodies to build their vocal stamina and endurance by having them jog while singing in heals as well as at their childhood park

Beyoncé is truly a testament to what raw ability and a person born with the natural facility to do a skill can become if they continue honing and perfecting their skill sets. It absolutely helps that she had the right support and guidance. And the career growth giving her the right opportunities and resources. But she herself has never stopped being an artist hungry to keep developing and pushing the boundaries of what she can do, artistically but also technically. Her perfectionism and dedication is at odds with the current culture pushing for more work/life balance but for any artist as obsessed w their craft as her, she is so inspiring. Going back and observing her progression is so impressive.

Wish you used clips of her current tour because the "now" you used is 3+ years old from when her friend died. On her current tour she's "opening" for herself with about 25 minutes of ballads. Including: Dangerously in Love, Flaws and All, 1+1, I'm Going Down, I Care and the Tina tribute, River Deep, Mountain High.

She’s not as agile as she used to be. Nor does she has the same ease singing high notes
@varunravi27 Жыл бұрын
@@elimarshall1497 You are right. She is MORE agile. She is just smarter with the musical choices she makes and isn't as extra with her vocal agility as she used to be. And it's not that she doesn't have the same ease singing high notes... her tessitura has definitely lowered but her technique and passaggio are still pretty much the same. What we think is a lack of ease is actually her preserving her voice to ensure vocal longevity well into her 60s and 70s.

Why do people say bey cant sing?
@violetsrayreikishop2 Жыл бұрын
Because they don't wanna admit she's a excellent vocalist and performer plus dancer, the hate really came when she was able to do what she wanted with her creativity highlighting black issues especially that lemonade album they wanted her to be in a box doing bubble gum pop songs and love songs plus the sexy songs and some blame her for destiny's child disbanding and also the two original members leaving when she had no control over that her dad was running everything, also destiny's child disbanded due to what her father did cheating and stealing plus he wouldn't give up the rights to their group name and they decided they didn't want him making money off them. People also think she shades Kelly and Michelle its simply cause she was the lead singer and breakout star who was able to shift to solo while the others just don't put in the work she does and doesn't get the right team behind them.
@ChichkoParichko Жыл бұрын
@@violetsrayreikishop2 because for the people performer doesn't equal vocalist but in terms of technique she is on par with daydream mariah and this is a fact second they think beyonce tone is basic and ugly which for me is totally absurd beyonce have one kf the mist reconasible tone ever and it's beautiful they hate her
@clmhK511 ай бұрын
Being honest, speaking as an older person, it's because when we hear new singers it's in comparison to what we know to be good. I grew up listening to Patti Labelle, Aretha Franklin, Whitney Houston, Mariah Carey, then eventually Celine Dion and Adele. However, I do think Beyonce is a good entertainer - like Michael Jackson was. I do like some of her songs.
@mlh136710 ай бұрын
@@clmhK5literally everyone you named has said Beyoncé is an amazing vocalist. So….idk what to tell you. Yall always box her in as just a performer when she isn’t. She is a VOCALIST first and always has been. Everybody old and new in the industry literally tell you how extraordinary she is and y’all still refuse to admit it. And wym “what we know to be good?” Good singing is good singing. Singing doesn’t change. If you got it you got it. Yall think standing in one place and singing is what makes someone a good vocalist. Even though Beyoncé has always done that. But yall discredit her singing just bc she can sing AND dance AND give a phenomenal show. Her performance includes flawless singing. You’re doing the same thing to Michael Jackson. Just bc they do more than just sing doesn’t mean they aren’t great vocalists. Michael was factually one of the BEST male vocalists ever. And do NOT ever try to put Adele over Beyoncé as a singer. She cannot do half of what Bey can. And Adele will tell you that. There are HUNDREDS of videos of Beyoncé doing nothing but singing but yall will ignore them and Try to downplay her. Beyoncé is factually one of the greatest singers ever. That’s why she’s top 10 greatest singers of all time on Rolling Stones. That’s why she’s rated the same as Whitney, Mariah, and Aretha. That’s why she’s every old singer you mentioned, favorite. They all love her voice and singing. Adele is not rated the same bc she’s not as good. Yall need to learn more about vocals.
