it's the concept art for her redesign that hasn't been implimebnted yet. She'll look like one of them at some point in the future. A lot of the characters have outdated models including Talon and McGinnis

​@self-proclaimedanimator Yeah but Mcginnis' weapon is still rather cyberpunk-ish. I expect they're planning on making it fit with the 1920-40 Americana and making it look more ramshackle to fit with her background as a genius who lacks the resources to make something more form fitting.

Kali isn't Viper, Kali will be its own character soon, Viper is using Kali's model as a placeholder, so viper won't look anything as it is right now (that's why he's green)

people made fun of concord for having such abysmal designs and praised deadlock when it was shown publicly for the first time, even though valve actually thought designs like sumo were somehow visually appealing in the slightest, enough to make a full model. something like that abomination shouldve died in the concept art phase, but no, they thought that was good enough for their newest game. thank god they realized their shitty futuristic art style was terrible and started over before it was too late.
