If Square knows what’s good for them they should combine the epic boss fights and spectacles from Final Fantasy 16 and the combat from Final Fantasy VII Rebirth for the next mainline installment and they’ll have the perfect Final Fantasy game

@@Damacius13 you really think so? I definitely want turn-based combat but not sure if players want it these days. If they go for it I think they should also make more in depth character progression systems. Current skill trees in FF are very simple.

Damn, they released 4 Final Fantasy games in a row from 1999 to 2002. Personally I've never played any Final Fantasy, Maybe there are people who are fans of these games, that's impressive. Especially that there are 16 games, it's crazy, no other game franchise has that many titles.
