It's like Amy Winehouse, she's great but it's hard to call someone one of the best when there's so little catalogue to look at. I personally believe that ‘93 was the most important year in rap for the 90s before this, rap was considered mostly a west coast thing due to nwa. After enter the wu tang, New York took over and became the center of rap for the next decade or so.
