Are there any stones where these intermediate stages are prominent?

The purpose of the video is to showcase which tendencies and trends are emphasised in each style period and how they can be linked stylistically. So, please do keep in mind that what the video describes is a somewhat rough and exaggerated generalisation of the development of the stylistic characteristics. If you look for examples of these traits, you'll probably be able to find each of them across all the three styles. With that little caveat out of the way, here goes: The decorated runestones first became popular sometime in the first part of the Ringerike style period. So it is only the transition between Ringerike and Urnes style which we see on runestones. The loose and wavy flow of the ribbons in the bottom left illustration (Jelling/Mammen) is typical for some of the more elaborate Jelling style pieces. You can get a sense of it on the horse-harness bow from Søllested: samlinger.natmus.dk/DO/asset/9003 though it is probably more Mammen than Jelling style. The Mammen axe decorations show some of the characteristics of the Mammen/Ringerike characteristics (see the tail end of the bird). The Ringerike/Urnes characteristics are hinted at on these runestones: Pr2: jonaslaumarkussen.com/illustration/runestone-u-676/ Pr3: jonaslaumarkussen.com/illustration/the-lingsberg-stone-1-u-240/ Pr4: jonaslaumarkussen.com/illustration/u-463/ I hope this was helpful :)
