@@lolo.beauty2717 postpartum is the period after delivery. Due to her being prescribed certain drugs after having a C-section, which should have NEVER happened, led her to spiral out of control. You would think doctors would know better than to prescribe an addictive drug like that to women who just had a baby. Your hormones are all over the place, and the pills didn’t help, which led her to doing even more extreme drugs.

@@natrinaparker7939 she had a botched epidural. And a C section. So prescribing opioids was not uncalled for. The amount? I don't know. I do know pharmaceuticals were rolling in money for pushing opioids like they did. But there's no shame in taking opioids and not being in excruciating pain. I live with chronic pain. And because some people fcked up, I'm paying for it. I'd be lying if I said I didn't want to hug a train on my bad days. There's no way I'll ever blame people who were taken advantage of by pharmaceuticals and became addicted, which is Leah's case. Agreed. To be fair, I don’t think she ever loved him, not really. She even said, he was just a rebound - she was likely still in love with her ex when she hooked up with him, thinking she’d probably never see him again and then got “stuck” (for lack of a better term) with him. He truly did love her and I think that’s why she tried to make it work, but that’s what made it easy to cheat. I could never cheat on someone I truly loved - not even for a billion dollars or to save my life. This poor baby has been through the ringer repeatedly. She has been through so much as a person and a mother. Of course she's made mistakes and had problems, she's human. She was extremely young to have dealt with all that she went through. To me that shows incredible character and a great love for her children. I absolutely love how strong and what a great mother she has become. It took so much strength to be a mother, a wife, and a survivor of substance abuse. Having a child so young with a physical disability while trying to balance a relationship with their father and having a third child with a man who has a job that’s demanding and takes him away is so hard. It’s astounding how well she’s grown. She’s a good person and I am so happy she’s doing well! Also - Corey is a great dad and was warranted being concerned with her addiction even if he reacted poorly. Good for Leah realizing that Jason was a bad match for the family as well! Mango Tango she did and no one helped her. I wish Jeremy would’ve been stronger for her and helped her during that tough time. She was silently screaming out for help. It was obvious and he left her. No only did he leave her but he put more onto her plate and she couldn’t handle it anymore. But she made it through. She did what was right for her and I hate that Corey and Miranda tried to use the treatment center against her. What was she supposed to do?

@bunnylacy20973 жыл бұрын
lolo.beauty 27 no honey. She didn’t have an herion addiction. You’re twisting her words which is a horrible thing to do. She was addicted to prescription pain pills after receiving a real prescription for pain. She used herion once or twice when she couldn’t get pain pills. That’s not the same thing as having a herion addiction. Do not spread misinformation. That does so much damage. Addiction is an illness. She didn’t need her babies taken away. She had not hit that low of a point.. she should’ve just been encouraged to go to treatment and get better before threatening to take her kids away. Those kids are her whole world. She needed help. Not more threats. Not something to make her feel like she’s losing her world and digging her deeper into depression
@cre4483 жыл бұрын
@@lolo.beauty2717 being a responsible parent to your children *also* means being respectful to your children's mother which he was _not_ being by him using her addiction against her. Am i saying Leah is exempt and being the best mom she could be? No. Of course not. But being on a high horse with your wife against your ex wife and attacking her whom is clearly going through things which made her act even more closed off is not being a "responsible" good parent because that also affects your children.
@bunnylacy20973 жыл бұрын
Cr E Yup! Corey didn’t handle the situation correctly either. Nor did Jeremy. I’m proud of Leah for getting help and getting better because she didn’t have much positive support (at least that we could see on screen) and that can easily make things more difficult and become an excuse to keep using. She knew she couldn’t handle losing her babies and they meant the world to her so she got better for them. I’m so proud of her. I’m not happy with how the people around her handled her addiction.
