I agree with him, SNES and the NES doesn’t have a startup, but that NES we saw in the beginning of the video, thats the Famicom Disk System startup which is a Japanese version of the NES

The NES and Famicom don't have a startup screen, the Famicom Disk system does. The SNES doesn't have one either and so doesn't the N64. The N64 Disk Drive does though.
