Pakistan and India need nuclear, chemical and biological weapons to be banned permanently and immediately. All ballistic, cruise missiles and other air, space, sea, underwater, and land platforms which can utilize weapons of mass production and large conventional weapons should be destroyed as well by both countries without any delay. The world is dying, we need peace. The entire South Asian countries including Afghanistan need to be nuclear, chemical and biological free zones. I'm a Pakistani. I have seen the 1971 war with my owns eyes, in former West Pakistan. Political negotiations should take place after disarmament. We are poor countries.

It was the civilians scientists that coordinated their efforts to make Pakistan only the 7th nation in the world to possess the nuclear bomb, yet he thinks that their efforts were uncoordinated till the formation of SPD in 1998 which essentially put the entire nuclear program in the army's hand.
