I’m 34 years old, 80s baby, and I remember Robert from ART OF FIGHTING 1. I was 6 years old and we used to always rent it for the Super Nintendo and I always thought Robert looked like Steven Segal lol the the first and original Robert is my favorite from my era.

Robert has been my guy since I played the original Art of Fighting back in 1994. Robert is my guy, King is my girl, and Yuri has been my biggest crush forever. Kyokugen Karate!!! I am STILL pissed he was not in CVS2 (he was part of the damn storyline damnit!!), but at least I have Neo Geo Battle Coliseum so I can put him and Rock together (I don't count DLC).

they took Robert's version from Neo Geo Battle Colisseum, and actually his presence in KOF XI is out of canon, it was added as an unlockable character without being part of the story. In NGBC both him and Ryo are mature's versions of themselves, so they changed Robert's looks and Ryo is mentioned as Mr Karate.

Es Un Gran personaje y pareciera que SNK lo reconoce por que es de los pocos que entrega a entrega se le agregan movimientos o se le modifican estilos de juego A mi me parece que sus mejor formas son 96-98 y la de 2003 es el mejor de todos los aspectos en KOF

King of Fighters 14 was my first KOF so playing Robert was definitely weird. The fact that his specials are basically just shoto specials threw me off for a bit but I wound up really enjoying his combos.
