I can still remember, when i 1st saw how women used to wore for tennis during early 1900. Long skirts? I was shocked 😂 to me, white skorts was the norm. So glad, thankful for pioneers of colors like agassi & serena's tutu skirt will forever be epic ❤️

I like the traditional white pleated skirt and top, it's cooling and less restrictive I think. The bright colours can distract players from serious play and long ruffles must affect aerodynamics and possibly even get in the way of performance. You really need to be wearing the correct comfortable clothes for this as it's a serious sport and manufacturers go to extreme lengths to get the correct colours, materials and designs right for professional sportswear. Leave the fashions to the public I would say. At one time if you were wearing the same sportswear as some of these people you were seen as cool dude/guy because you were paying tribute to how hard some of these individuals have to train to be the best at what they do whilst making it look incredibly easy to such things. It isn't.
