Ella, after a few polite questions to break the ice with that guy, you should have calmly and casually asked, "So, are you a serial killer?" "I actually prefer the term dedicated murdere---HEY WAAAAIIIIIIT A MINUTE!" he'd probably say.

I had a museum internship way way back in high school - and it is eerily like this shop. I had the opportunity to muck around with the Richard Leakey hominids (nother beer mate? nah thanks got to get back to helping the taxidermists push a dead rhino back into a refrigerator). Lots of gags to be had trying to figure out which creature makes the best back-scratcher etc. PS - a dead croc head is a perfect gift for the missus.... and give me a lepidoptra over a coleoptera any day of the week...

I have to say, the more I see stores and their prices, the more I see the future of physical stores having an entrance fee. Anyone can go in those stores, see stuff they like, then go home and search for it online for cheaper. I see nothing wrong in charging $1 to gain entry to a store. It may not come for another decade, but some types of physical stores can't compete with internet stores. The sole advantage to physical stores is proximity and ability to fully see something before buying.

@psb1964 Well, like ol' Crazy-Eyes McHipster said, they got 'contacts'. I guess mostly John and Jane Does and people who donate their bodies to science, which are then prepped by the human equivalent of taxidermists with liquid nitrogen and flesh-eating bugs. I guess. Then again, it is Ella. She tend to give lots of people crazy eyes. O_O

@psb1964
@psb1964 14 жыл бұрын
@kibcubed I was just kidding about 'where he gets those skeletons from'-just trying to slyly trying to suggest he obtained the skeletons by criminal means :) Most of these skeletons are bought from third world countries, so long as the doner meets certain qualities. You can't use a 'Jane or John Doe' for this purpose, as they have not given their permission for their bodies to be used in this manner.

Alas, poor Elmo! A muppet of infinite jest, of most ellegant fancy: she hath borne me from these internets a thousand views; and now, how abhorred in my imagination it is! Here hung those lips that I have kissed I know not how oft . Where be your glasses now Elmo? your gambols? your props? your flashes of merriment? Not one now, to mock your own grinning? quite chap-fallen? Now get you to my lady's chamber pot, and tell her, to paint it an inch thick. Make her laugh at that...(Act V, Scene I)
