From Kunal's lecture, I realized.. What if one day Amazon or Google decide do cred business with much better offers. Will consumers shift to other platforms ? As Google / Amazon are much ahead with data and AI. They can probably demolish the business😬 by adding one small feature. Life difficult hai re baba ! 😛

Cred is a first mover. Cred is only relevant in india due to low trust. Cred is relatively small. Market for big companies like amazon

Amazon already offers credit card payment but guess what.. The easiness and the amount of other features cred offers is unmatched! Also amazon and google won't focus on this game as its low on margins. Thats why cred is in losses till date. But still its a great business and kunal shah is even greater

Kunal talks that you must know your earnings per hour and how you must increase it, but fundamentally has a point that profitability shouldn’t be chosen but their distribution network. Comparing alibaba amazon with cred is a joke as the two are a market place with sort of predictable demand supply and can change or set trends.
