Christopher Linger is a principal at Up Plex with his wife, Maricela. They are accredited Real estate investors who have been Investing in real estate since 2006. Like many of their investors, they started with a small rental portfolio. They built and self-managed their personal rental portfolio. They transitioned to Commercial Real Estate: Apartment Syndication model, Mobile Home Parks, Self Storage, Private Lending, and Real Estate notes in 2020. They are now managers of over $300M in assets.
Chris Linger has an MBA, over twenty-six years of active-duty Navy services (ret), and is now a full-time apartment syndicator. As serial entrepreneurs, they own and operate a 100% veteran-owned company focused on real estate asset management, equity raising, and private money lending. In addition, they successfully Joint Ventured with other specialized partners to acquire self-storage facilities and mobile home parks. In their growth they knew they couldn't do it alone, they built their team with virtual assistants. In 2023, they opened a virtual assistant agency to source and support their clients and the virtual assistants they hire with resources and new platform knowledge.
They have also partnered with Grant Cardone and his team as 10X Business Elite Coaches they are 10X Certified to coach and consult others to grow their businesses and create sources of passive income.
