Wow, okay. There's a lot to unpack here. My typing is too slow for my thoughts to be expressed at the moment, and I have a lot towards what you guys just laid down right here, lol For starters, I genuinely want to say, Thank You. Thank you for taking that leap to start a channel and share this gem of a talk right here because clearly you're aware of how bad we are all in need of a little insight with ourselves and the lack of self awareness we all have. SO, I appreciate you both. 🙌 Secondly, I just wanted to give you guys a little feedback and maybe get some questions in, if you guys are taking any.... I've taken different approaches to better myself in different ways but mainly in a manner of trying one thing at a time and coming to a conclusion that it doesn't work, then moving on to a different way/or approach. Wanted to comment on the fact that it blew my mind hearing you lay down all these different things one can do, but all at the same time! Ofcourse being aware of customizing to how it would work for us individually but definitely making it clear that it doesn't have to only be one thing at a time. To that note, how do you find yourself with the patience for it all? I'm hoping to maybe have you guys touch on that topic a little bit and see how it gets woven into your self betterment. Also, the ability to be able to express topics that obviously are not new but definitely never said like this before is fantastic! Taking negativity or a negative connotation out of the overall reasoning to your structures is pretty powerful, to say the least. It's so easy to be negative, or to be entitled, or to play the victim that naturally the majority of people will fall under the 'monkeysee-monkeydo' tactic because nobody wants to do the work to better them selfs. That's a big struggle that the rest of us deal with when we have to coexist in society. It becomes work to coexist, it's overpowering and exhausting, and finding ourselves stressed out over the fact, like you said, letting that affect us. I. Hoping this will resignate with whoever is in need of this insight. It feels impossible to get to that mental state to be able to not let things indirectly around us affect us. Keeping our sanity is another benefit your 'mantra is going to also do. 👌 We don't have control over how others act, but the way that we REact is definitely something important to talk about and definitely something that we all need fine tuning in. So I appreciate you guys again. I'm hoping you guys break down a little more in-depth your philosophical approach to these therapeutic exercises, I'm super excited for you two and Im excited for this ride!! Great great job! Ps: I'm wishing you the power to keep yourself humble and grounded thru this KZbin journey that we all know can be draining from negative comments and judgments or requests and demands from the very people you are putting yourself In front of. Either way, today or a year from now, I give you guys mad koo-does for coming out swinging at a time like this! From the changes you guys will have , to the different approaches you guys will make, THIS is going to be good 😎Sending you guys much love, luck, and so much fucking props and support!! ❤🖖😎
