Mobile homes come with a chassis, axles & wheels under them already. The US gov banned the mfg of mobile homes in 1976. Today there are>>> Manufactured homes Modular homes Portable offices/classrooms/construction trailers. Which of these are you referring to? !

TOUCHDOWN feature is the best part, otherwise kids would jump in it and entire trailer moves inside and outside, it might break stuff inside, couples would be f*cking on bed and the entire trailer would move, it's so not good.

Talk about overkill and having extra issues to deal with.. Having the wheels in place, allows storage underneath, which drop down panels could hide away

Touchdown basic start at 255k, up to 440k before taxes with max options. Built in the Netherlands. Delivered within 6 months.

Not affordable housing, at that price point, it would be way too expensive to ship to the USA + permits and regulation compliance etc. the new USA president is threatening tariffs also
