I know it isn't Telltale's most famous franchise but my introduction to them was Minecraft Story Mode. It's probably not that popular for good reasons since looking back now, there were a lot of things that could have been done better, especially with season 2. But there is just something about its childish playfulness that really resonates with me to this day. I know you guys are aiming to do more serious work but I hope there will still be room for fun projects like Story Mode in the future.

My expectations were low for episode 1 and the reality is unfortunately on par... I got the deluxe, just finished the first episode and with exploring it took a little over an hour. I really liked The Expanse, but I doubt I would have understood what's happening in the game if I haven't watched it. The choices are just black & white once again, which is unfortunate. Exploration is cut off once you accomplish the goal of the mission and it doesn't even warn you even though you have multiple goals. Controls are clunky, you can't enter the zero-g mode everywhere, you get stuck on random obstacles sometimes, and I may not have the best PC but my 3060ti should still accomplish what's in the trailer in 1080p (which it does not). Maybe I'm alone on this, but I was missing decent transitions from scene to scene and characters are barely introduced during the first part of the game. With minimal choices to be made - it's really tough to establish some sort of connection towards them and by the end of episode one they still feel like "things" not characters. I so SO wanted to like this and I remember all the previous Telltale games (except GoT) where I would just binge them in one sitting as first episode would just grab me by the heart and pump dopamine from my brain, but not here :(.
