Hey loves, were so glad to hear you got to see a game you love so much in person! And proud of you for dealing with the transport and the people and the everything💕 We struggle with busses/public transport too partly for some of the reasons you mentioned and partly for other anxiety related reasons but we have to catch it pretty often for life obligations unfortunately. Were proud of you for doing your appointments too, we know those can be hard. We hope you have an awesome time at the book fair and are able to get good rest after, take care of yourselves when you can. When were having particularly tiring days or weeks, we have a roll of stickers that say motivational stuff on them (like teachers stickers? They say things like 'nice work!', 'good job' or 'youre a superstar!' Kinda stuff on them). We give one to ourself for every task we complete, even "tiny" ones. Remembered to eat atleast one food today, have a sticker. Got out of bed for just 5 min to stretch the legs? Congrats heres a sticker. Achieved a goal either in a videogame or by way of completing an art project? Superb work grab yourself a sticker 😆 i often end up with my 6 day old (..or more lol) unwashed pajamas dotted with little stickers and it might seem silly to give yourself a reward for something as 'small' as drinking some water but it does help with some of my bpd too when black/white thinking is making me certain im a failure, i can look down at my clothes and remember instead how hard im trying and how much ive managed today when its been hard to do even that much maybe for a couple days or more. It doesnt always work but it can help us alot to become motivated again and also to remember to go easy on ourself when we are having hard/exhausting times, were doing the best we can at all times and some days our best isnt as high functioning as other days, and thats ok. Remember youre not alone when youre feeling exhausted, even for days in a row, and that always you are loved 💜 -blendy myriad crew Ah sorry the long comment again 😅 a lot of us relate to you and want to see you thrive so i(jae) really felt i had to share those tips with you all but either way i hope you all start to feel better soon ✌️

Getting out and doing things can be extremely hard, especially when there are extra stressors like change of plans or a lot of people. You did a lot and it's important to try not to be too hard on yourself because you deserve some rest. We're very proud of you and hopefully going out will get easier over time:) -Kira

Not knowing if this will help, but: Reassuring yourself/-selves that these times of depression and anxiety come and go. So accepting that now it is like that. And tomorrow or in a few days or whenever - it will change and be different. Being kind to yourselves.

First off great video, secondaly why did you stop using the geisha emoticons that you where using until now ? Does that have to do with the new image that you are going for the channel ? If that's how you prefer presenting yourself as now, no problem, do what is confortable for you. It's just that I've been following you for so long that I really got used to it. Anyway, have a great day and fighting ! 😁
