In many different ways with the cosmetics and the appropriate weapons; i.e. uniformed military or for gov't deniability. Thus both loud and suppressed, and commanding the team to take appropriate shooting positions.

Love it .played it over and over with extra challenges ,no sync shots,no drone etc . Best experience was ghost mode as you really have to be concentrated

The conversations/banter between your AI squad is what I miss most on Wildlands vs Breakpoint. Holt/Midas/Weaver is just move "alive" than Fury, Fixit, and Vasily. I actually had a playthrough when extracting El Cerebro where Midas commented on Cerebro's state of mind, which Nomad mentions to Bowmann during the interrogation cutscene. When I replayed that mission on another playthrough and I didn't hear Midas say the same thing, that bit of the conversation was missing on the same interrogation scene.

You didnt hear it because it doesnt happen with El Cerebro, that bit of conversation happens with El Pozolero. Which is the one who behaves like a kid because his brain isnt mature enough.

Different companies, different dev teams. This game is a rare marvel for Ubisoft, one of their few games that has polish.

Its not that well optimized, i got ryzen 7700X and RTX 4090 and on 1440p everything cranked on max graphics the fps sometimes drops to mid 70s on certain times of day like sun rise and sun sets when youre in the forests or more busier towns.

For this game, I prefer LARPing as an urban sniper, kind of a CIA SAD look. Discreet clothing, shorter firearms. Since the ballistics in this game are kind of silly, I can (almost) mentally explain it away by thinking it's because of some tiny caliber. And of course, on Ghost mode.

An amazing game... The dev team work on it for 5 years... You can feel the passion and all the love they put in it... It was also before they make everything pocedural and random. I finish tiers one with so much stress and sweat.😅

I’ve put 400 hours into this game and enjoyed it immensely loved this game I’ve played breakpoint afterwards and was not impressed sorry to say. I played on normal mode but I would never dare to do ghost mode. It was hard enough on normal. Can someone tell me if you die that’s it game over but if you get seen or unidad are alerted your ok ? Just want to know out of curiosity

I keep coming back to wildlands, I prefer the gunplay and controls of Breakpoint but Wildlands has a much better world and better weapon/character customisation options. I play it on extreme like you . Fallen ghosts is good but if you get in a severe enough battle you'll find that the bullets are just originating from a flashing pixel in the distance not actually an Ai character coming after you

Sorry for the second comment here but please carry on with this is you can man! I started to watch your breakpoint videos recently and I'm not sure I'll like that game.. The see through guy's didn't look very realistic to me, if it didn't have those guy's in the game I'd be sure to play it. Even thou I've already bought breakpoint lol just don't think I'm interested. Wildlands looks nicer and the gameplay looks more fun. Anyways keep it up man

My only gripe with no HUD is that the enemy AI know exactly where you are if you break stealth. If they rework the AI in the next game it would be great.

Ghost Mode when your Tier level gets lower and lower is a real challenge. Extremely difficult. Love it. Waiting for the Next GR game to get back to its roots and bring something similar to Wildlands.

I jumped back onto Wildlands on my ROG Ally for some tactical chill time, such a fun game for sure. Will always love Wildlands & Breakpoint equally both hits differently. When i get bored of the one i just jump on the other & repeat 😁👌💪 🪖💚

All in all this game is amazingly well thought-out. Not perfect but lots of details. Bad guys even go to bed at night. And I like litsening to the radio that sometimes trickles in to my earpiece.

I ended up going back to breakpoint myself, I didn't like the timed side missions in Wildlands just bought it for 10 dollars and honestly not sure if I will continue on it, I really wanted to like it but that timed sht is not something I like supposed to have fun with a game and not feel stressed, but I love your video!

I know I'm late, but the entire campaign is available offline, so is Ghost Mode. You wont be able to do any of the co-op/online stuff though.

LOL I just got 100% on ghost mode for the 3rd time... I know that doesn't sound like much, but bear in mind I have owned Wildlands since 2015, and only have 2000 hours on the game. That translates into less than an hour a day (it's not like that... I have put in some heavy sessions, just not too many of them). It's a pretty demanding achievement for a filthy fucking casual like myself.

But like i said, I'm a filthy fucking casual these days, so if the year is off by 1 or 2, that's why. Edit- 2017. The reason i was able to finish tier 1 mode a third time is because i just got one of those ASUS ROG Allys, and installed steam on it. I checked... yeah, it's 2017. 1932 hours played.

No hud. Second hardest level but i don't add any points to character toughness. I die pretty quick if i get shot. I also don't add to revive time. And i don't use sync shot unless i have eyeballs on the targets. Whatta game.

I died several times in ghost from bugs and dumb arse ways. Example; i accidentally sky dived when i was climbing rocks, and died instantly on impact despite it being barely a foot high.

Extreme difficulty is not designed to be played in wildlands or Breakpoint in ghost mode. Mission design will kind of get you killed sooner or later because of FORCED wave enemy defences where you have no control and it can not be avoided. To make GR great they would need to provide mission editor and mod support. Because modders would turn it into tactical shooter we all wanted it to be.

@@sefin84 The enemy AI is waaaaaaaaaay better and i put over 1 thousand hours in breakpoint, MAINLY for how hardcore the settings can be. I can turn off so much things, which is not even possible in most games where everything has to be on the screen.

@@jackcravford8744 you can do whatever you want. but mission design is so terrible that I would not play one life at all. You can do stealthy one part and then there is forced enemy spawns rushing you. Breakpoint and Wildlands both suffer from very lame mission design. As a squad of 4 you are not supposed to kill thousands of soliders and gunning down helicopters and APCs... :) I do like the sandbox experience when you turn off most of the feautes and can basically do your own "custom" missions. Next GR if done the same way as WL and BP then it needs mission editor where we could share missions between players. That would be a gamechaning feature for the franchise imho!

Extreme is a difficulty, Ghost mode is an option you can select that adds perma-death, friendly fire, ammo conservation, can only carry one weapon (besides pistol), and a few more.

Editing your own outfit and not your squad's outfits IS DESIGN SIN!

Turn down your game resolution and enjoy playing at a higher frame rate. You can still enjoy the high quality graphics. When your playing, you will barely notice the difference in resolution but the frame rate will make a huge difference. Even your character will feel more responsive.
