I can't even begin to articulate just how adorable and wonderful, those 'two cute ("Ribbon" and "Raisin") dogs' are. a dog, definitely has a Soul. they are the best.

I just think that dog's are the best. Just having a dog near me makes me feel like everything is good. They just seem to know what to do to make us happy. It's no wonder they do things like detect when a person is going to have a seizure or lead the blind or hear for the deaf, they are just naturally our friends. I am a disabled Veteran and I have a 9 month old pit bull/ Dalmatian mix and he helps me with my P.T.S..D. problem, he knows when I am starting to become anxious and he will come stand right across my legs so I will pet him because when I pet him the anxiety goes away. He sleeps next to my bed on his bed and he watches over me, even when he is sleeping if I start to have problems, he wakes up and comes to me, he just knows and he is only 9 months old. I just love him soooo much! and I am lucky to have this awesome animal be a part of my life.

I love your words about pets...Dogs are a best friend know matter what, that's what makes them so special...I have a dog, my dad got her 4 me...I've been in love with her since, she'll be two in January, her name is Kookee/like cookey...she's very smart so smart that at times it's funny...I'm disabled and she asks like she knows it...She's my first dog, I've always had cat's... I just love her♡ Thanks for sharing.

I'm so happy to hear that you have found such a great friend in Kookee, I am sure you will have many years of building memory's of love and friendship with your wonderfull dog. She would give her life for you, so she deserves every kind word and soft caress that you give her. When we love an animal like we do a dog or a cat, it gives our life an extra meaning, we become closer to a world that is theirs to share with us, and it is an honor when they pick us as the person they trust enough to share that world with. She doesn't even notice your disability the way that a human sometimes will, she loves you for you, and that means the way that you come, just like you love her. Enjoy her everyday and shower her with love. Have a great life.

This is great that her dog's ability comes naturally. This, I believe, set the precedence for seizure training dogs. :) Amazing. RIP, Ribbon.

I had a dream about Chornobyl a couple of days before we were told about the accident! I saw a city covered in white dust; there was a lorry spraying water the dust! There was more to it. When we had learned about it on the news, I saw the exact pictures I saw in my dream!

sad to watch Gary Coleman now that he has crossed the Rainbow Bridge in reality.He and I are the same age. Sad when you think about Diff'rent Strokes and how all of them ended up suffering,Dana Plato having drug addiction and dying at 34 and Todd Bridges having problems with the law....showbiz is not the place for kids..... R.I.P Gary

The story of the dog who sensed seizures dates this series. Now we recognize that dogs are sensitive to changes in our electromagnetic currents and when there's a change they can respond and alert us. Back when this was produced, roughly 25 years ago, this was considered odd or psychic behavior.

She walks down the stairs with her hand in her pocket - she should hold on to the rail. She stands on a railroad track. Stay off railroad tracks. She seems to have a wish for catastrophe that even that dog can't help.

The re-enactment writers and directors need to do their part, and they didn't. The dog can't do everything.

I believe they were trying to demonstrate her behavior during the one type of seizure. The type in which she wandered around unconscious. Though I have known several epileptics, I have never heard of this kind of seizure. Interesting.

don't like how they say that the Blooming bush is a "lasting reminder' that they almost lost Jed, that is not true, its just a bush that blooms because its in the ground. still its a nice story

The dog isn't psychic. It has to do with the different smells that humans put off when different things are happening in our body. We can't pick up on them but dogs certainly can. It's scientific and not paranormal but is extraordinary for sure.
@frankmat7 жыл бұрын
LOL bullshit. My dog is definitely Psychic. At least the last 20 times I have travelled overseas or interstate... my dog is acting perfectly fine whilst my partner is home. The day that I due to fly back home the first thing he does in the morning is urinate in the kitchen in the same spot. He never urinates inside the house at any other time at all.... and it doesn't matter whether I am away 3 days or 4 weeks... like clockwork every single time I am flying back home on that last day he knows. You can explain that away all you want as "science" or "chance" or "file drawer".... but no amount of "He can smell më" from 3000kms away can explain that behaviour.... and I work within Science. It's a pity my fellow scientists are so full of their own ego and refuse to acknowledge or even study it.

Yesac samoht, I purposely unhear this every time I hear it, because of the first person I ever heard say it. His way of putting it was : "Animals detect these things because sick people STINK." It was a lovely thought from an obviously delightful person. And I hereby UNHEAR it again right now.
@scruffy2814 жыл бұрын
I agree with the acute scent detection that dogs possess as well as hearing and vision. But when your dog knows that you are coming home after a month of being gone and they go sit by the door to await your arrival just a DAY before you return, I do not believe that is because they smell, hear , or see you. That is intuition. THAT is a psychic connection. No doubt in my mind about that. That has occurred in my life with my dog MANY TIMES. It is as natural and normal to me as breathing. Dogs look into your eyes and they are in THAT MOMENT and so are you . It is a deep, amazing, and profound connection. I don't know why people fight this instinct so hard. I will never understand that. I just feel sorry for how shallow their lives must feel without that dimension in it.❤️

The veterinarian's dog's are not psychic. The dogs can smell the metal in her system, as dogs can smell out cancer. I can even smell the metal smell before a friend of mine went into a seizure.
