Beautiful video - Id like to add Cole is a class act. Saw him at a bar in Blacksburg (TOTS) and genuinely seemed like a good dude - took pictures and even took time to ask about my running background as well as my family. This was AFTER the gold medal mind you. There's has been no better time to be an American mid distance fan than today, the future is blinding bright..

I knew after Olympic Trials running 3:30, then during Olympic semifinals running 3:31 and 3:32 seemingly jogging last 20 meters, Cole and Yared could not be counted out of the 1500 meter medal hunt. Of course Jakob and Josh are great runners too. Everyone knew with Kerr’s kick that Jakob would have to take it out fast and not relent. I was screaming as Cole kicked on inside. With Cole, Yared and Hobbs Kessler the Americans are a force to be reckoned with.

It was a great race and Win for Cole witha 3 second PR basically because Jacob tock the pace out WR levels for the first 3 3/4 laps on his own . Since that race Come hasn’t co e close to 3:27 . We shall see how good he is this year ?? A lot of big races and season
