It's always a privilege interviewing a film director like Spielberg, who has contributed to the world of cinema quite a lot, sometimes I have a feeling that no one will be prepared to live in a world without Steven. Thank you for uploading this interview.

Steven Spielberg is a great movie director. The Fabelman's is a good story. It is a personal part of his life. We got to see the director in Spielberg be born.

6:30 The reason why Spielberg is the LEGEND he is, is precisely his unique way to take something very personal and make it interpersonal; he can make everyone else that hasn't even gone through his same experiences, experience them, through the way he choses to tell the stories. He knows how to communicate with people on their own language because he never forgets what is like to BE PART OF THE AUDIENCE. That's also why he's one of the few film makers that mange to combine ART with SPECTACLE satisfying both parts at the same time. Whether is science fiction, fantasy, mystery or biographies, the core of the human emotions is always at the core of the film. He makes "movies about people, for people."

I was bullied in high school too. I was thrown down a flight of stairs,surrounded and intimidated,punched in the face,kicked,tripped,verbally abused,had hard objects thrown at me,etc. My school locker was sabotaged just like in 'The Fabelmans'

I have as a student to even be summoned into train scrub and, sterile surgery training when you’re Grandmother passed so peacefully it was exactly like a symptom like that of cardio arteriosclerosis actual low pulse Amazing I can relate my family members passed on too!

I felt the burden up until the monkey 🙉 scene 🎬 😅 the SOUND EFFECTS oh my gosh I laughed so hard 😂 the light 💡 bulb Sam’s little sister catches the 💡 light in her tiny hand ✋🏻 PLINK !!!! 😂 I believe the Actor is Julia Butters it could not had been more perfect & believable in the action itself of the scene 🎬 Ty Good job

Fabelmans is about how you tell a story about yourself without being autobiographical. In the last scene John Ford should have said the painting with the two men on horseback is far more interesting than the five soldiers in the pit. Why not one man, or a dozen men on horseback? One man against the world will fail, because no one has his back, but two has a dynamic of purpose. (Think about The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance.) And a dozen? It's a confusing minefield of personalities. The five lying on the ground in the second painting will all be slaughtered. Take the high ground and hold it, or it'll be like shooting fish in a barrel.
