Like you, I am SOOOO THANKFUL there are people like these in the world; they, truly, sacrifice a part of themselves to do the jobs they do 😇👼 I can tell you as a rescuer, myself, who sits on the boards of three different rescues focused (almost) exclusively on “power breeds” - ie, Rottweilers & Pit Bulls - which, given my enormous love for the two breeds, is why I joined, & have continued to participate in rescue... MOST PEOPLE INVOLVED IN RESCUE, INCLUDING MYSELF, COULD NOT SUSTAIN: 1) most of the individual (rescue) organizations out there, much less... 2) just the REQUIRED (ie, bare-minimum) performances of “rescue,” in general, ...without the truly amazing (yet, MUCH FEWER in number) people - like those in this video, across this country, & around the world - who, everyday, put their own sanity (and, sometimes even their lives) on the line to continue saving animals, full-time, day in & day out. #ThankYouGod for such amazing people like those shown here. 🙏😇👼👏

Tied up on a wooden stool or with his head and hands in one of those BDSM things with a huge sign on top saying "I abused animals" then everyone who passes by can spit at him or throw rotten vegetables at him. As tears roll down my face, my heart breaks. Emotions take control of me. “He just wanted to be loved” keep playing in my head. Getting louder and louder till I cry out in pain for the loss of such a sweet soul. He didn’t deserve this. None of them do. Yet, I feel so helpless. I want to help. I want to be their voice. Especially after hearing that the senate passed a bill that animal cruelty is now a felony!(Thank you) I need to do more. I have 8 pitbulls right now. They are the most loving dogs I’ve ever had the pleasure to have. They make me laugh, smile and forget the past. A past that is empty, but filled now! I have 3 dogs, and my oldest one is a pitbull. Next month in May 2020, she will be 14 1/2 years old. I've had her since she was about 6 weeks old. She has been a very docile and friendly dog, even a bit shy. I can't imagine ever being cruel and abusing her just to make a few bucks. It's disgusting that people abuse the trust of such beautiful animals. Humans are full of betrayal.

Dynamic Fastener it is a known fact that the ASPCA and any other animal control organization all kill pit bulls that have a violent history. They make it seem as if the dog passed from certain injuries or health issues of years of torture and mal nourishment. In fact these people kill more pits in the US than any dog fighter does annually. It's a shame.

I have been raised and currently own multiple APBT dogs we use for feral hog hunting. Do tour research on these organizations such as ASPCA and your local county animal control service. They will kill any dogs that they can get a hold of that even resembles a pit bull. These folks are sick.

I watched this when it 1st came out and I never forgot Stallone. Stallone is the reason that I have had and still have the privilege of owning 5 rescue dogs that all sadly had the same treatment. 😢 I look at all these beautiful fur babies and I see Stallone. I've worked with fighting dogs in Missouri a few hours away from this location. What people dont realize is how shockingly friendly they are with people. They cant be good fighting dogs unless they can put their hands in and break it up or pull it off the losing dog. So they are dog aggressive but people lovers. It shocks you straight to the core when you realize they will die for their abusers with their tails wagging.

That is so true. A large majority of vets animal control, pounds employees will tell you straight up, the Bully breeds are the easiest, dogs to deal with. My vet recently retired and not one bite he received was from a Bully. But I'll have to disagree with you about dog aggression. They aren't born with dog aggression. That is a taught behavior. They can be born with a lot of game but game has nothing to do with dog fighting.

There are predispositions to certain behaviors - bassets have a tendency to be territorial, for example, but that has almost no bearing on their adulthood. If you socialize and work with them, they will not show any outward territorial behaviors and they will get along fine with other animals. Pomeranians are often "stubborn" and can be hard to house train,, but again,, nurture wins out with the right environment. Every dog has instinctual behaviors they learn from their parents. These can be hard or easy to break in behavior patterns. You only get fighting dogs (dogs that bite and hold other dogs) when they are trained to behave that way. That is not a natural behavior for any dog. The only cases of "born" aggression are related to medical conditions and even that's a stretch. Thyroid issues or other neurological deficits can cause behavioral abnormalities, one of which is "aggression". Any dog can be made dog or human aggressive under the right conditions. Pits are abused this way because of their strength, endurance and unfortunately, loyalty. They are extremely loyal, to their own detriment.

@Lima Golf Bravo if your saying the pups are aggressive toward their litter mates. Every litter is that way. My first male pit was extremely aggressive. He had enough 'game' for himself and few others. But his aggressive nature wasn't to fight, it was for play. I keep a very close eye on my bums, as I call them, and he has gotten a hold of all kinds of animals but they didn't die because I stopped it before he played them to death. If killing was his intentions, he would have done that before I got a word out.
