I try to understand, but for me it seems that facebow is parallelly set to the ground but the patient face is not vertically set. So it can be misunderstood for the technician, and the maxilla position in articulator is not wrigth. Please explain, I am using artex facebow and amann girbach articulator.

Why the patient's head so high!! It's not even parallel to the horizontal plane
