In Asian, this product is called goddess water, and for me it is, because nothing else (the-Wanna-Be) is comparable to it. It changed my skin from oily acne prone to normal and balanced. I don't know how you can finish it in two month. I feel like it last forever, and I am pretty generous about splashing it to my face right after cleansing. Love the product and always will have it as my staple.

My go to essence water for 20 years! Started using it in my late 20s and it still works very well for my 40+ skincare routine. You are so right, just couldn’t find any replacement that offers the same treatment to my skin.

That large bottle is so cute! Agree, there’s just something about the SK-II essence that I don’t find with others. I’m forcing myself to use up a few other essences to completion before splurging on SK-II again.

After years of trialing all these essences. I came back to Sk-ii. Tried and true formula that just works. Missha TR was my close fave for sometime because of the pricing but their 4rth and 5th versions actually ruined my skin.

5 years user, its true it does freeze time, not a single wrinkle on my face and Im already 35, my batchmates dont have the same skin as i do so i guess it really is a fountain of youth.

I used 2 bottles and I didn’t see any difference. I didn’t like the super watery texture. Makes it feel like you go through it quicker. I guess it doesn’t work for everyone?

ive used SKII for almost 20 years......started when Sammy Cheng was the spokeperson LOL.....there are many dupes in the market now, and i've tried many. Eventhough some also give the same results, but i still prefer the non-stickiness of SKII FTE.

I used the SK11 for years and I discovered the Tatcha Essence . I prefer the Tatcha one . Better results for my skin ( normal skin).

You really have to stick with it! I’d say it’s not a dramatic result so much as it makes your skin refined, nice, soft, etc. It’s weird because it’s not this dramatic difference but it also sort of is - the texture, smoothness, etc. of your skin is just better.

hey can you please tell me how to layer it with vitamin c and hylauronic acid? i noticed in other video you said, vitamin c goes first, in this sk-ii goes first. i use foreo bear as well. its very confusing

Sounds like the essence is another form of exfoliating toner, retinol etc. Unlike Retinol effect, she doesn't have the thin skin look with no wrinkles. I also think the non-gaunt aging look, that is attributed to DNA, helps. Thank you much for this informative video. Due to price, I will gladly ROTATE sk-ii with Others. I love Cosrx galactomyces boulardii ferment essence. Cruelty free and a fraction of the cost, it contains the same ferment referred to as "pitera," for $20.

Once upon a time I use this essence on my skin by itself with no serum lotion nada…my whole face wrinkle up like a wet rice paper … i want to give this a try again since I been using Skii clear lotion for 7 years once a week and my skin love it …but I’m still traumatized from the rice paper skin 🤯

I have. I am assuming I am allergic to something in fermented products but I don't what it would be.

Some people may get fungal acne (pityrosporum folliculitis) from using fermented products. That could be what you are experiencing

I wouldn’t put it to every fermented product. Even if the ingredient states the same name the actual raw ingredients can differ, extraction/fermentation methods varies between brand and even potentially batches. For eg Cosrx galactomyces and skii both uses mostly high percentage galactomyces, yet Cosrx gave me cystic acne but Skii doesn’t for my skin.

I'm using this currently, would it make sense to use the Rovectin Activating Treatment Lotion as like a toner on a cotton pad beforehand or just use one or the other? I like using a toner in the morning but the Rovectin is definitely thicker.
